FabExpress Karishma - Hotel in Shivaji Nagar, Pune

This is a third-class hotel with terrible service. While there are good food and drink options nearby, the hotel itself deserves a zero-star review. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom doesn't have a latch inside my roo. 304. The lift should be maintained well. The rooms are stinking with smoking smell. Please correct them ASAP

Well, I don't normally put negative reviews but here I think I have to. First of all when you enter the receptionist uncle has an attitude. Any question asked and you will be given a cold shoulder with one word answers. Secondly, the rooms, whatever is showed in the pics, it's the textbook definition of exaggeration. Rooms are crammed. The sockets broken, the double bed felt like if a little more weight is put, it would be broken. Lastly breakfast was included, not served. All in all a bad experience.

Worst hotel ever in Pune ...staff is not supporting..they took 2k and said us to leave room after 12 hours as we have checked in night although they didn't informed us about this initially. No hygiene. Don't come here at any cost

After confirmation of booking also property denied check in. The receptionist named Manmesh's was very rude in behavior. Very bad experience.

It was a disastrous experience, the uncleaned room with lots cockroaches roaming inside the room and bathroom, many bed bugs we have seen in the mattress, totally we have faced a horrific day we spent in this hotel, actually we have not booked the hotel room by ourselves, our booking was in another hotel but the fab hotel executive insisted us to us one day prior of our booking and he provided false information about this hotel so we trusted him, now my family has taken a pledge not to book any hotel room through fab hotel

Worst hotel ever of fab no cleanliness worst service pls never book this hotel until they change it pls worst experience ever i don't and will never recommend this hotel

Good for the price the offer try getting 4th floor rooms cleanliness is as good as non existent
