I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel, and what truly stood out was the in-house dining experience. The food was consistently delicious, with a good variety of options across all meals. Everything was served fresh, hygienically, and right on time. A big shoutout to Ashwini Ma'am from the in-house dining team. professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. She was always approachable and ensured every meal request was handled with care.||Highly recommend dining here whether you're staying at the hotel or just visiting. Truly one of the highlights of my trip!

Had a fantastic experience at The Fern - E-Square. It's truly one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The food was absolutely wonderful--delicious and well presented. I recently visited E Square The Fern located in the heart of Pune, Ganeshkhind, and had a wonderful experience. The place is very nice and welcoming. They offer a buffet system with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, which is a great plus. The variety of salads, main courses, and desserts was impressive, catering to all taste preferences. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience even better. Highly recommend for a delicious and satisfying meal!

The service is great especially the restaurant Wok Toss where we had dinner. Every single dish was exceptional. They have a buffet option as well. Compliments to chef Aryal and the service provided by Sudip was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

I had a really wonderful stay at the hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I'd especially like to appreciate Bharat Chauhan from the service team--his dedication and hospitality truly stood out. He was always prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Excellent service overall!

Good Hospitality demonstrated by all, drawback was average food taste & very oily. Further the non veg starters during dinner were stale. The food should be improved along with few english movie channels on TV. ok for one to two days as hotel atmosphere is dull.

Great stay and service. Breakfast is also very good. Service provided and the behavior of staff is very good. Specifically, Miss Ashwini took great care of us while we were having breakfast. Thank you so much team fern. We'll definitely visit again because they promised us to provide great discount next time.

Wok Toss is the best Asian restaurant in the vicinity. Been coming here for years and always had a good experience. Staff is always very helpful and smiling including Sudesh,Sudip and also Chef Rohit. Highly recommended next time you are this side of Pune
