The owner is very welcoming. He is a nice person who talks politely with the customers. The only good thing about this lodge is that it's in the heart of the city and major attractions are close by from here. Otherwise speaking there is nothing good about this hotel. I can say this is the worst stay of my all times. From outside the hotel looks so appealing and the rickshaw guys take you here so u tend to opt for a room in this hotel. But then u r truly disappointed. The rooms which was given to us was a very small one with television not working, the lighting in the room was poor, the bathroom was so unhygienic and in pathetic condition. All this for a huge amount of 1.5k that too non ac. I literally felt like vomiting luking at the washrooms. It was that bad. Any hotel room will give towels, soap, toothpaste, shampoo as a complementary thing. Here there was nothing like that. The bedsheets was very dirty and not changed. All the stains were visible. The floor itself was very dorty as if nobody cared to wipe it once the previous people left. Room was stinking badly, we had to ask a room freshner to which they handed over to us a used pounch which hardly had any smell. They run a kitchen as well, there was menu card in the room but no phone to call the room service. The kitchen could be seen directly from the window, and the looking at the condition of the kitchen tlnobody would dare to order anythng from there. We could not sleep properly at night, as there were continuous noises of cooking coming from the kitchen till 4 am. Overall that was below average experience. The owner is a good spoken person he should try to improve the quality of his service.

Worst hotel ever, please don't go there, they charge close to 1500 for non AC rooms, their kitchen was visible from the windows, pillows were dirty, bed had oil stains, they woke us up at 5 AM in the name of checkout, didn't even provide a water bottle. Didn't have a jet spray in toilet, only one light working in the entire room, TV wasn't working either, worst experience. It seems like Auto riksha people have ties with them they told us it's a great family hotel but it was opposite, PLEASE don't trust the positive reviews

One of the worst hotels I have ever rented. Expensive, has cockroaches . The owner is a fraud, he exchanged my dollar for me 700 rupees less than the rest of the money exchange shops, and he also deals with fraudulent drivers to bring customers to this bad hotel.I stayed in a room next the reception . There was a lot of noise from staff. I had a bad experience. I couldn't complete the night , moved to another hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

I booked this hotel for 3 days and stayed with my family. All the staff were very helpful right from checkin, room service food is good and fast especially loved the tea here. Rooms are also good and clean. Recommend this hotel.

Auto drivers paid by this hotel for hypnotizing. They bring us to this hotel for their reward. It's a third class hotel (lodge). Dirty smelly. I don't recommend this hotel. They charge 2000rs + texes per day. 500rs per day is to much for this stinky hotel
