Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre by IHG

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Pune for a business trip and found it to be a reasonable choice in terms of value for money. The pricing is fair, the location is convenient, and the rooms are quite spacious--ideal for business travelers. However, the hotel does show signs of wear, and cleanliness was a concern--there was noticeable dust in the room, along with some leftover hair from previous guests. Breakfast was average, offering both Indian and continental options, but the ingredients didn't seem particularly fresh. Additionally, the gym is quite basic and could benefit from an upgrade. On a positive note, the overall staff was polite and attentive, providing a friendly and accommodating service. While the hotel offers a good location and reasonable pricing, improvements in cleanliness and amenities would enhance the experience.

While in general there were no negative points I must remark on two areas of improvement 1. Have a bath math under shower. The tile floor is very smooth and a slip and fall is easy . 2. There is a thing called TV in the room. And it has about 1000 channels which is great ! But there is no guide as to which channel shows what and to complicate things the TV screen menu was in Hindi ! Please have a printed list of channels thier numbers. Simple but very effective idea. Now for the plus : The breakfast was superb and waiters took care well. Check In / out experience was smooth and finished in less than two minutes. great !

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of stay. The food options and quality at the buffet breakfast was amazing. Have never had Gobhi (Cauliflower) Paraanthaa anywhere in any top rated/star hotel. Found it here and loved it besides other things. Staff hospitality was good. They were courteous. Room size was big. Overall, we loved it.

Very good stay. Thanks to Mr.Nitesh kumar for all the prompt services. Buffets are awesome. Has become one of my favorite for business stays and also so much friendly staffs. Food is very good and they help get to the in-room and could take at our convenirnce when we are in office calls or meetings

The food is excellent, they missed my order once but the F & B manager came personally to correct the order & delivered excellent experience. This hotels Location is very convenient for city n Nearby IT parks at the offered price which is best combo. Delivers Real Pune feeling , for example the legendary Bun Maska of Parsi gr8 Vohuman cafe is across the road - don't miss it

Ok, this is your budget hotel. Dont expect anything more than that. You get what you pay for. The attention to customer satisfaction is on the lower end. Upon check in my room did not have a floor mat in the bathroom. Ok, no big deal. Shampoo and body wash dispenser did not work. Managed to take a shower. Informed front desk about this so they can fix it upon my return. They did nothing. Had to ask for towels and napkins that evening when I returned. Hotel staff changed the non functional shampoo dispenser with another conditioner so ended up with two conditioner, no shampoo!! LOL!!! Dont get your hopes up, this is just your average OYO on steroids. Inspire of my preference on IHG for non smoking rooms, was given one that smelled!

Had an extraordinarily comfortable stay. I was touring across Maharashtra and chose to stay at Crowne in Pune. Contacted them to provide a safe parking space for my motorcycle and they obliged with a prime space right near the entrance which was secured 24x7. Grateful for that. All the staff were courteous, helpful and smiling all the time. The rooms were comfortable and bathroom was well appointed. Liked the toiletries as well. Overall I had a very comfortable stay after a long day on the saddle.

I stayed during my business visit with expectations as the IHG property. It perfectly matched my expectations in reality. The room is very lavish and spacious with clean and tidy details. Food and restaurant's ambiance was amazing. The service of staff was very courteous and supportive. It is conveniently located in the city. It is value for money deal.
