This is a great hotel that treats their guests we care. We had many great experiences that were customized for us. The breakfast had live music each day and a range of Indian cuisine and some western. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would encourage our friends and colleagues to come.

Was here on a business trip. The hotel staff is amazing and takes very good care of all your needs. The breakfast spread is amazing and caters to every taste bud. Being at the tail end of a long business trip, I felt the need to get a massage. I was able to get an appointment at short notice. Remi, the masseuse, was incredible. Great combination of strength and technique. Highly recommend the spa and Remi in particular.

This is a great hotel, from the rooms to the service. Great breakfast buffet. Multiple other restaurants on the premises. Elegant decor and indoor space. Modern gym and resort like pool area. I really can't describe how nice this hotel is.

I have stayed at the Conrad many time before for business, I am always treated very well and the staff are very friendly.|Special kudos to the staff in the executive lounge, they are amazing. Shreya had a conversation with me today, very nice lady.|I will be back again and again to this hotel.|Thank you.||If I may say, the only negative to this hotel are the drinks prices, I don't think they are justified or fair. Aside from this, it's an amazing hotel with amazing staff!

I had really wonderful stay at conrad pune. It was so exceptional. We never experienced the stay like Conrad Pune. I will be back here again|And it was so exceptional because of Ms. Shreya from Guest Relations ahe is so awesome |She went out of the way and done whatever she can do it to make our stay better

The stay was superb however hair dryer wasn't working and also the bud was too fluffy and bouncy and also the dinner served was late.||Rest others was nice and perfectly served during. The gym is amazing with all necessary equipment and it was and ok experience.
