My experience at Hotel Galaxy was extremely disappointing. The towels and bedsheets were disgustingly dirty, clearly not washed in ages. The room smelled of cigarettes and was filled with cigarette ashes. Additionally, there were insects in the room. Avoid booking online--there are issues with their online partners, and they ended up charging me twice. I would not recommend this hotel at all

It is worst experience of my life. I leave the hotel within 4 hrs and raised the compliant. But as usual you guys are responding. Now I will put the review on social media on FAB service.

It is a nice, well maintained hotel, nearer to the highway. It has a restaurant also. It has 24x7 hours hot running water facility. Both A/C & Non A/C rooms are available. Toilets werr clean. Bed covers and towels were not upto expectations. TV wasn't working. Most of the charging points were not working. It has hourly room rent service also. You can easily get a room for 2-3 hours by paying 400-500/- A/C Rooms: 1200/day Non A/C Rooms:1000/day Conclusions: Most of the people were booking this hotel for 2-3 hours. If you are about to stay for long time please don't book this hotel.

The condition of the place is too bad, totally opposite from the photos. Stained bedsheets, non-functional toilet flush, untidy walls, broken doors..and hotel staff was not ready to change anything as this was the best they could provide.

We were out for shopping, and due to the delay we planned for a dinner outside, and near the ambegaon D Mart we found this Hotel+ restaurant on the way to the Navale Bridge, it almost 11 pm but the restaurant was open, we ordered a masala papad and Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani, masala papad was really good, it was well garnished with vegetables and chaat masala, later our biryani came on the table, obviously it was green in colour , as in pune mostly Hyderabadi dishes are green colour so the biryani as well, it was perfectly cooked and chicken was medium soft as expected, three hundred is enough for two people at this place, overall a good place to visit and most importantly a very pocket friendly restaurant with a very good service.

I booked a room here for 1100 for one night. Good stay. Also have basement parking with cctv. Big rooms with average ventilation. Clean bathrooms with 24hr hot water facilities.

Stay was good, But as ladies goes outside, the men starts asking them about rates. So that area area and outside peoples aren't good enough. Except that few locks aren't working properly.
