Cocoon Hotel

I had an extremely pleasant and satisfying stay at Cocoon Hotel Pune. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and exuded a luxurious feel. Regular housekeeping ensured everything remained spotless, and overall hygiene was impressive.||A special mention goes to Manika from the staff -- her warmth and hospitality truly stood out. She treated us like family and went out of her way to ensure our comfort. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference in our stay.||Room service was efficient, and the premium suite was well-equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, which added convenience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide spread offering both Indian and Continental options -- something for everyone!||That said, there are two areas that need improvement:| 1. The Wi-Fi system was inconsistent. The password system didn't work smoothly with the room number, and we had to call reception daily for a new one, which unfortunately stopped working again the next day. This issue remained unresolved till checkout.| 2. The housekeeping service on the seventh floor was disappointing. The staff member responsible for our room was unresponsive and reluctant. Despite multiple reminders, his cleaning was not up to standard and felt rushed and insincere. He came in so late even to just clear the dustbins.||Overall, Cocoon Hotel offers a wonderful experience with great facilities and excellent staff, but a few service issues, particularly with Wi-Fi and housekeeping consistency, need attention to make the stay truly flawless.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was top-notch, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I especially want to appreciate Manika and Ganesh for their exceptional hospitality. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Had a very nice experience staying at Cocoon suites. Spacious suite rooms with separate dining space. Rooms come with an attached balcony as well. Centrally air conditioned. Located inside Magarpatta city premises, peaceful location away from noise and hustle of city. Checkin and checkout was smooth. They have basement parking as well as open parking space. Welcoming and friendly staff. Food quality and taste is really good, If food is one of your key criteria for the stay, then this hotel should be in your list. Decent breakfast buffet spread. They have a dedicated bar counter as well. Ticked all points for a good stay option.

Among the accommodations I stayed in in India, this one was the best value for money, and the staff spoke English well, so communication was easy and they were very friendly. The rooms were large, and the bedding and towels were all clean and well-maintained, so it was a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Thanks to MANIKA, I had even better memories! It was an nice experience staying in the Cocoon Hotel. The location is very good, with easy access to work place and shopping complex. Room service was excellent with the hygiene maintained, food orders and attention provided to guests. Mr. Akash Whadkare was in duty at my room. And he was courteous enough to keep asking about my comfort and checking suitable time to clean the room, not to disturb my routine and work. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was an exceptional experience and good service got felt very comfortable with the staffs and the room , you can say this whole property is suitable for everyone for ki, for corporate, for single women , they provided strong security. And the complimentary breakfast was too yummy . I just want to mention manikas name for her whole service| She is helping and very polite .
