Choice Classic Hotel

Good service and helpful staff.. superb and rooms also clean and Iginic and friendly staffs and good and quick response...very beautiful atmosphere and good location and also safety and reliability and I'll suggest to my frnds and family members when they come to pune

I stayed here for one night . No alcohol . I don't know why it says 3star hotel . First room they gave me was worse when I found out tv was not working they gave me a new room which was ok . They have a small menu and I ordered something from it . First time it took more than 2 hours for them to serve it next time I got it within 30 min . They explained it the staff who served me was so nice he convinced me so good I love that guy . Front desk guy was also nice he have a cute husky. Hotel is ok but not worth for the money. Lower the price or make it more convenient as a three star hotel . I am really sorry for this rivew hope next time you guys will make me happy .

Nice hotel, but Parking facility I doesn't like,

I will not be staying at any choice hotels anymore they run promotions and renig on them all they do is lie

The night manager has no sense how to behave infront of customers Ramchandra was very rude with me and my husband..... I really hated the response of the manager of choice classic hotel... And also The room and the bathroom must be maintained cleaned bcuz there are a very small small cockroaches.....

During my recent stay at Choice Hotel. I encountered significant issues with the service provided by the night manager, Ramchandra. I faced several challenges which required assistance from the night manager. Unfortunately, Ramchandra's response was far from professional. Ramchandra's behavior during these interactions was both rude and unhelpful, which compounded the stress of the situation. Rather than providing assistance, the response I received was dismissive and lacked the courtesy one would expect in such circumstances. I have previously enjoyed stays at Choice Hotel, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I hope that this feedback will prompt a review of staff training and customer service standards to prevent future occurrences. It is crucial for the management of Choice Hotel to address these issues to restore confidence in their commitment to guest satisfaction.
