Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The room was disgusting from the moment I walked in. The mattress was horrendous--thin, lumpy, and unbelievably uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep because it felt like I was lying on a pile of bricks. The toilet was even worse--completely unhygienic and filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with stains and a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. The entire bathroom was in a shabby, rundown state, making it impossible to feel clean after using it. The walls had stains, the furniture looked like it was falling apart, and the entire place just felt dirty and unkempt. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

The rooms are not so good, but still okeyish for the family, of friends to stay for a night or so. Hotel is located in interiors and looks very close from all sides. Generally you will not find many guests staying there. The ambiance is not so attractive, and they have a smaller restaurant too. Can be considered as a 2.5-3 star hotel.

I spent two nights here and it was a terrible nightmare staying here. The facilities and service of this hotel make a 500 rupees dingy lodge look much better. Here are some of the ordeals me and my family had to go through. I had initially paid for 3 nights but decided to checkout after 2, so you can understand how frustrating my experience was. 1) Fan didn't have regulator. It was constant at speed of 5 2) Door didn't have a lock. We had to ask the reception each time to open the door for us 3) Curtains were sticked using Velcro which I didn't know. When I tried to open the curtains, the entire set up fell on me 4) Bathroom and basin were clogged. 5) The pressure of water coming out of jet spray was equivalent to the ones we wash our car with. I am not sure what was their intention behind keeping the water pressure this high. 6) Intercom was not working. We had to come down 3 floors everytime there was a complaint. And I had a complain every 10 minutes Owing to so many issues, they made me shift 4-5 rooms within their property. Each time we had to carry our own luggage because the staff was equally pathetic. Avoid this property at all costs.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Property is not at all maintained. Rooms are not at all clean. Untidy washrooms. Room is full of cockroaches. Wear and tear towels napkins & furniture. Very old mattress and curtains. Just check photos uploaded. On the top of it receptionist is very slow, property manager don't value client's time. I stayed here twice just because my workplace is nearby. But I'll not stay again. Not at all worth option. Local guesthouses are better than this property. Per night charges should be 500/- That's the value of this hopeless property. Don't go with 5 star ratings. It could be fake reviews. Kindly refer latest reviews. Breakfast menu is very limited. One fruit, corn flakes, pohe & parath bhaji. No live counter, no South Indian menu.

Room was big, lighting was not good, staff is nice. Food is good.

Hi all, Just now I checked out from this hotel. I would say...this is one of the worst experience that I had in this hotel. The staff specially manager of this hotel is one of the worst person that I have seen in hospitality industry. They don't have basic common sense how to talk with customer. Even before booking this hotel I have confirmed multiple times with them about my surgery and guest visit then also they made a lot of troubles in my stay. They do charge alot for not giving any good service to the customer. If you people will think about this hotel then thik millions of time before doing the confirmation. I did mistake by staying here and faced alot. I had gone through major surgery and also have informed them earlier. But they don't care about there customer. Even there other staff and manager are worst people in hospitality industry. If in case you guys will choose to stay in this hotel. Then while doing check out check your bills thrice. Because they will add other room Bills in your bill and will ask you to pay. Don't pay it blindly. They even don't know basic mathes and the meaning of hospitality. All staff members are worst. Only food and restaurant guy I found decent here in this hotel. Once u guys will go in the hotel..keep your energy to make the call again and again to the front desk to ask for everything. They don't want customer they only want to be there without moving themselves for anything.. Even u guys can get hot water in bucket and they will boil the water on gas or induction and give it in a bucket in your room... seriously disgusting management and disgusting manager... I know only one word for this hotel.... WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST............ so please don't waste your money for this WORST hotel and WORST people... Thank you!!

A beautiful restaurant serves delicious pure veg dishes. From starters to Main course everything was mouthwatering They have beautiful ambience and service is very fast. Highly recommended, and Room, staff everything is superb

Rooms are pretty average, they have a veg restaurant. Morning breakfast is also average. No Shops nearby. AC didn't work. Room lighting is very low.
