Capital O Hotel Span Executive

Booked it through OYO, had to tell everyone to avoid this hotel. Worst room. 1) cockroaches were literally walking near head rest of bed and on the bed too. 2) the plugs were inside the switch making it unusable 3) and this has to be the worst thing, the doors of bathroom could not be locked from inside coz it was jammed. 4) NO TV It was worst experience

The worst hotel room i have ever visited. No supply of hot water even between the mentioned timings. Lighting was very deam and it was giving a very sad vibe.tv was not working. Cheapest AC. It was also not working.No telephone they had provided to reach out to the reception.Staff was also not so attentive. Prices of the room were also high as compared to the service they gave. Felt like wasted my money.Not satisfied at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to improve alottt!!!

Rooms are worst. Service is worst. No wifi. No network. No AC. Rooms stinks . No lights . You want water go and take it from the reception. No tv . Stinky towels. Horrible experience.
