My stay at Taj Blue Diamond was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and attentive service provided by Mr Mateen at the front desk. His professionalism and keen awareness of the ongoing war situation ensured I felt safe and well-informed throughout my visit. Additionally, Mr. Charles at Latitude restaurant elevated my dining experience with his constant service and thoughtful attention to our diet requisites, making every meal a delight despite.

I stayed there on 8th May. The staff was very polite... It was our anniversary for that they upgraded our room to suite and gave us surprise... Also enjoyed Ganesh aarti which was the honour for us... We enjoyed bath tub as well as swimming pool..|Thank you for making our day unforgettable.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary in blue diamond last week and loved the overall setup and how staff gave us little surprises like pastry or bed decoration. The food was also great , both breakfast and dinner. Overall it was a lovely stay. The staff took good care of us.

Blue Diamond Pune is operational from few decades!! We must admit that property is very well maintained and staff is polite and helpful. What we felt lacking was room service, There was a miscommunication between the internal departments. Our Room was quite spacious with nice view but the Bathroom was comparatively small in size. The Smart TV was not there which was disappointing. We got to know that only Suit rooms have Smart TV! There was a function at pool side which was not informed to us while checking in. Because of which they closed Swimming pool at 5.30PM (way early than regular timings) again this was very disappointing. I hope the Management will look at these issues.

Taj Blue diamond Pune made my mother's 80th birthday and stay really memorable. We had a fabulous stay and the room decoration and the flowers with the cake was the cherry on the top for us.||I have been a regular customer at Taj and would definatekt continue to be so.||Thanks everyone at the Taj !

Being a Tata group of hospitality under seleQtions category the rooms and services quality is very good, staff is very courteous. The food at restaurant Latitude is delicious and reasonable. Good place to stay or having food.
