AR Suites Jewels Royale (Award Winning 4-Star Upscale Apartment Hotel)

Very good room and very satisfying service. The room was maintained clean and neat. The receptionist, house keeping staff (Maya didi) and everyone in the hotel was very kind and helping. Didn't get a chance to have food in the hotel as I preferred exploring Pune and having food outside. The main city is about 6 to 7 kms from this hotel and the accessibility to public transport facilities was quite easy thanks to the location of the hotel. Overall satisfied and had a good stay. Would definitely recommend for the service and price. Worth the money.

I booked a stay to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience! The room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed with a beautiful city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a modern design with luxurious toiletries. What stood out the most was the thoughtful birthday decoration. The staff decorated the room with balloons, rose petals, and a lovely "Happy Birthday" banner. A small cake and handwritten note were also waiting for us, which made the moment feel extra special. (Special appreciation for Mr.Vaibhav Kadlag & Team) The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. They checked in to make sure everything was perfect and helped arrange the surprise exactly as planned. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. If you're planning a birthday surprise or any special occasion, I highly recommend AR suites for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Booked a balcony suite, but as it turned out looks like this room was not used for some time. The AC was throwing some dust when we used it. We informed the hotel and they are so good in service recovery they upgraded me to 1 bedroom suite. Room service was good. Breakfast can be better. They charged extra for early checkin. Good location for sure but very peaceful and in a residential area.

The location and the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are just the right size and very clean and well kept. The location is super convenient tucked away from the main road into a side road, but very much in the center of the city. The only challenge we had was the service. I went at peak time which could have explained it, but they even struggled with providing the room which we got 3 hours late. Also at the breakfast the guys working their looked tired and with the look of "why the hell am I serving you" feel through the whole time for all guests. But I would still strongly recommend this place. It is a really good hotel. Hoping they fix their service issue, and hire a few more people if they are too stretched. Overall they are excellent value for money.

Stayed on the 10th floor in 2 suites which is very spacious and has a very good view. Room housekeeping staff Bipul was good at his job and assisted in every manner. Spotless cleaning and a job well done. He is also smart and available anytime to do whatever to make your stay comfortable ... like the PERFECT BUTLER ..

I had a wonderful 10-day stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite, making the experience even more pleasant. A special mention goes to Mr. Yohan from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job. He ensured the room was impeccably cleaned and well-maintained every day. Overall, it was truly a stay worth experiencing.

We have stayed for a week. Experience was good. Breakfast spread had options & the taste as-well. Best part the menu was different every other day. Suite room was also spacious. Housekeeping Maya was regular and punctual in her job & the in room services were also quick and served delicious food.

Rooms are designed quite aesthetically and are maintained well. Good restaurant with good ambience. Food is tasty and hygienic. Hotel location is good. We had a very comfortable stay except for the late Check in time at 2 pm.
