Abssolute Homtel

There is no wifi from past 2 days. I have come here for my work trip and I am unable to do my work. Also there is no receptionist from past 2 days and no one receives the calls. No man power for room cleaning, there is only one guy who is doing for all. All linens are badly put. I want my refund back.

Reception staff does not know manner. They need to learn how to talk to customer. property is good but there is a lot of small things need to fix by management.as an example lift is not working properly. Basin is not working in some of the rooms. i stay sometimes there but i am not referring anyone because of bed behavior of staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Brand new rooms and burnishing but absolutely filthy. Floors were not cleaned. Sheets were filthy. Bathroom was unclean. On one day we came back to a unclean the room on our arrival in the night. They sheepishly said 'we forgot'. We requested them to change rooms but we were refused despite the next room being empty. Staff had to be told every night to place bottles. Long story short. Horrid service, Filthy rooms and will not come again.

The experience at the property is cozy, elegant, and loaded with in room-conveniences that meet all party needs. Consider hosting a great "hometel" party here. The staff is polite and very accommodating. The property offers both 2BHK and single-room accommodations, making it ideal for hosting and accommodating guests for your party. Location is also great considering the many food, beverages and other shops just beside the property. Also has private parking space in ratio to guests at full capacity.

Badly maintained, Rude staff, water issues and unhygienic. I am sure it used to be a better property in the past by the previous reviews that i read and booked this place. But it has become a very bad place now. The place is very badly maintained and half the things don't work in the room. The phone was not working and nobody answered the mobile numbers that were given to us. If finally the call is answered the staff is extremely rude and of no assistance. for a simple thing like a towel I had to call numbers time and finally go down to reception and get it myself. The bathroom was filthy and full of cob webs and I did not feel like even washing my hands there. There were frequent water cuts and a pain to get it started again. Very expensive for what they are charging. Steer clear from this place. It is badly maintained and the rude staff adds to the frustration

Great experience here! The Wi-Fi was fast, and I loved having my own kitchen. The 24/7 room service made everything easy, and the meeting room was helpful for my work. The staff really cared about making my stay enjoyable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pune!

Abssolute Homtel is in such a convenient location! It's close to all the main areas in Pune, and I loved that they had a restaurant on-site. The food was delicious, and it was nice to have easy meal options without leaving the hotel. This place is perfect if you want a comfortable stay with everything nearby!

This place is amazing. They have neat and clean class rooms and service and hospitality is also good
