Vivanta Pune, Hinjawadi

The hotel is in good location, the cabs are easily accessible from here. The managers and the assistants are very helpful, kind with great hospitality. Thy helped me in every way. Also the clening services were extraordinary, anything related to laundry, clothes and cleaning, Ankit is always there. I must say, people over here works like their own home and take a good care of the visitors.

Vivanta is a business hotel mostly occupied by the IT professionals who work in the near by companies. The hotel is located on a very busy road and getting in/out of the hotel is tough if you are self driving. In my humble opinion, this hotel has below standard checkin and front office staff as compared to other Taj properties. May be it is due to the constant rush of customers in their hotel. Rooms were modern, nice and comfortable. Breakfast had good spread and variety but it was too crowded on a Saturday morning and I could barely find a table. The swimming pool on the rooftop was refreshing. And so was the gym. Well equipped and cool. One odd thing which I observed was that in the evening hours, there quite a few Zomato/swiggy guys delivering parcels to hotel guests at the hotel entrance. I wonder why the hotel guests didn't eat at the hotel and order from outside. Should Vivanta allow these deliveries? And why do the guests order from outside in the first place? I would say that I would not stay here again as I find this to be a below par experience as compared to other Taj properties. Bottom line, this hotel lacks the 'Tajness'!!

One of the great experience I had when i visited there for the morning breakfast. The buffet was huge and it was very delicious too. Birendra, the restaurant Manager was very polite and helpful in all our requests. He also arranged a complimentary cake for us which was a great surprise for us. Thanks again for the awesome experience and great hospitality.

We hosted a buffet breakfast for party of 7 people and the vegetarian options were tasty. They also had milk for vegans which i appreciate. By contrast, Mariott on senapati bapat road does not even label vegetarian foods, vegetarian dishes in main course too limited and not well prepared. So if you are vegetarian this is a better option. Worth trying out.

The stay was very comfortable, hygiene and cleanliness is maintained to the standards of Vivanta. The foo Is outstanding. Service staff is very friendly specially Sagar & Pawan, my son was so happy with Sagar that he prepared a thank you note for Sagar.

This is a review based on 'no response' from Taj Vivanta, Hinjewadi. They absolutely do not care for guests. The worst service ever. Cannot expect this from a world-class organisation the Tatas! We visited the hotel on a Sunday a couple of months ago to book a place for a dinner party of about 200 guests. The 'manager' responsible for giving the details was not available. It seems he entertains such inquiries only from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm only. Imagine this is the hospitality industry, and you need to take a day off to go visit the place for inquiries. The receptionist asked us to leave our contact details so that the 'manager' would call us back. To date, we haven't received that call. Again, today, I called the hotel to book a place/tables for lunch for 20 people this coming Sunday. The reception transferred me to the Buzz restaurant. There, a lady-manager picked the phone. Upon hearing my inquiry, she said she would ask her senior manager and call me back. As she was about to hang up, I asked her if she could see my phone number on her display, to which she said no. Very reluctantly, she took down my number, that too, only when I insisted. I haven't received any call back from her and nor do I expect to. This great Tatas group has been brought to this low standard service. Managers do not bother about business. There is no one who will address your grievance. Probably, the Vivanta in Hinjewadi is just waiting to shut down because they do not have the competency to handle guests. They definitely aren't interested in running a successful business. Or maybe their priorities are to cater to only politicians and goons. I have been a Tata employee myself, and my husband has been one for the last 28 years. I used to hold the group in high esteem and took pride in being its employee. But all that is in the past, I guess. Or maybe the people at the helm of business have easily inherited it and have not taken the effort to build it brick by brick. Hence, this deteriorating standard.

Had a wonderful dining experiences whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner , the courteous staff attends you well. The food tabled was completely as per customers request and requirements. The Executive Chef Saurabh and his team has delivered.

Had a great time at Vivanta Pune. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the food was excellent. Special mention to Sagar, who was extremely helpful during breakfast time in Buzz restaurant. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others!
