Treebo Premium Grand Emerald Chinchwad Pune

I had a terrible experience at Treebo Grand Emerald. The room and bathroom were smelly and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The worst part? They had reused the same dirty linen from the previous guest - the bed was still messy and unmade! It was absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. For the price they charge, the service and cleanliness were shockingly poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Service staff at restaurant are very rude and they don't have patience to serve customer. They think they are paying amount to us to stay in the hotel. I waited for 10minutes to order though 4 service staff was standing ideal no one came and asked for what you want. Later I went and had the food in opposite restaurant. Room also not maintained properly.

I have stayed many times from past 3 years, it's a good hotel. Hotel management should try to improve morning complementary breakfast menu

Pathetic Hospitality I struggled to find packed water bottle and cutlaries inside the room and other basic necessities were not provided. No proper cooperation from hotel staff and does had only 2 breakfast items. Extremely disappointed

What would i say about this property.. location is awesome and this is the only good point.. Staff is very rude no one is there to help you, to serve you, dirty and smelly rooms with no toiletries, dirty blankets and bed sheets, broken almirahs, too dirty washrooms and rude staff specially in cafeteria where you will go dor the breakfast and in breakfast you will find only 2-3 things without any other option.. If you ask for tea and coffee you will get reply .. waha rakha hai jaker le lo..!

I had went in this restaurant. I really like non-veg Food. It was fresh and crispy . I just fall in love with chicken 65 they serve. Ambience and service is really good . We got our food in short time. Good amount of parking is available for your car as well.

I stayed in the hotel for 10 days and I had a comfortable stay. The hotel provided good amenities e.g, laundry at a moderate cost. The restaurent also serves healthy food. I would rate 5 star for the behavior of the hotel staffs. They remained supportive and courteous during my stay. The booking process was smooth and I found the hotel is a good choice both for professionals and family.
