Treebo Malhaar Regency, Pune

Good stay at the hotel. Very good location. My stay was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for stay in and near Nigdi.

Terrible experience on staying at this Hotel. By looking at the photos posted on the Google I booked this Hotel. First while entering the lift was very horrible, the door are manual and it is very hard to open and closing forcibly ( beware you may hurt your fingers if not careful) and the bed was too small, don't consider to book for two persons. Finaly we went for sleep there started the worst nightmare. There was a water leakage ( continus droplet ) from the AC, tried to contact the reception but the phone was ringing and no lifts, we went and saw at reception and found no.one was available. At the morning some was there and we told the issue, he simply telling you should have switched off the AC, one person came to our room in the morning and switched off the AC and left. After all we booked this room with complementary breakfast but when asked at the reception where to get breakfast, he gave one paper and ask us to go to restaurant nearby.

Best hotel to stay .very tasty food from them .very co operative services and staff . Rooms are top notch and very clean .even in rooms they put coffy machine for coffy . Everyone must try treebo hotel they are like five star hotel.

Excellent Staff Service, Rooms are Clean and Good, maintained all basic thinks by their staff. All staff very polite and helpful. Price also a very low compare with other hotels, good connectivity. Food is awesome. Must try Kapsa Biryani. Owner also taking feedback about the service and Food.

We stayed for 6 nights and stay was great. The staff are extremely helpful. Rooms were need and tidy. Late check in was seamless. We had hot water issues during the last 2 days of the stay which happened to be weekend and the hotel was fully booked. Even though there was an issue, staff did all they could to resolve it asap. Breakfast is good, especially the local food. If you are a south Indian do not expect the chatni to be hot and spicy. The staff were also very kind enough to pack the breakfast as we were with a kid and had to leave early every morning. Overall was good stay. Cozy and neat if you are looking for budget hotel and mainly coming back to rest during the night.

I stayed with my wife in July 2023. It is 3 star rating hotel but the car parking is outside the premises & on the road. Breakfast is good & complementary. Lift door operation is manual. It is 4 storied hotel with good AC arrangement. I faced flickering light problem & hot water problem. There is a facility for lunch & dinner. Also, you can web check in advance. Room service is good.|

No phone in the room to order room service. Been out for over a month. Have to call a phone number if you want to order food, but the phone bearer has a mind of his own. Walls are mouldy and damp. AC is without a remote. Bless my Xiaomi for the IR blaster. Bathroom window is without glass, covered with a piece of plywood to prevent pigeons from getting in. Treebo has installed the billing software and that's about it. Haven't checked upon the maintenance and cannot be called a business hotel in any way...
