Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! I had an awful stay at this hotel. The room was full of cockroaches, making it feel completely unhygienic and unsafe. To make matters worse, the AC was barely working--there was no proper cooling, and it was unbearably hot. On top of that, there was a persistent bad smell in the room, like something moldy or rotten, which made it impossible to relax or sleep. The cleanliness and maintenance were clearly not a priority here. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless they make some serious improvements. wont even stay here for free

Where do I even begin? This hotel room was a complete and utter disgrace. I booked based on the online photos, which were clearly taken about a decade and a significant renovation ago. What I walked into was a grimy, depressing space that looked like it belonged in a black-and-white film, and not in a good, artistic way. "Clean" is a word this establishment clearly doesn't understand. The bed sheets and pillows were visibly dirty, and I shudder to think what might have been lurking on the mattress. The bathroom was equally appalling, with grime and questionable stains everywhere. And to top it off, the flush in my toilet was broken. Seriously? Oh, and did I mention the cockroaches? Yes, cockroaches were also present, adding to the overall feeling of filth and neglect. The difference between the online images and the reality was laughable, if it weren't so infuriating. It felt like I'd stumbled into some kind of low-budget horror movie set. Safety was also a major concern. The general atmosphere was unsettling, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to families or couples. I felt genuinely uncomfortable during my stay. Save yourself the misery and book elsewhere. This place is a health hazard and a complete rip-off.

Very dirty rooms.. Unhygenic toilets,rooms are full of cockroaches...no support from hotel...reception is not willing to help, answering call is effort for them

The staycation here was all worth. The prices are pretty friendly. The service is good. The rooms are what I fell in love with. Spacious rooms. The staff was pretty good managed. I travelled solo here and it was safe for me. I booked the room from oyo and got coupons and discounts as well. Just hygiene needs to be improved more Loved the stay here and gonna visit again for sure

I stayed at Hotel Somani for a week and I was very impressed by their service and facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for my business meetings. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the gym was well- equipped.

Disappointing Experience - Needs Serious Improvement I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room had a terrible stench, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches both in the room and the bathroom. The bedsheets and pillow covers were in an unacceptable state - they were stale, smelled awful, and looked unclean. To add to the inconvenience, no water bottle was provided, and we were charged extra for Bisleri, which should have been complimentary. The bad odour in both the room and bathroom was unbearable, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience was far below basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Rooms were very dirty. Room lock doesn't work properly. They don't even provide basic stuff like normal water, handwash, bucket in washroom etc. Staff is very rude. TV is just for show, they will not give you remote to operate the TV.

Location is wrong, this hotel is behind Purohit restaurant, they had me walk for kms. Reception responsed you could have taken auto after redirecting me in the opposite direction. Welcomed with Cockroaches, no water bottle, paste shampoo. Service staff was supportive, body wash and hand wash available in rooms. Even recommended do use body wash for head. One light is flickering and annoying complained.
