I am not happy with you service hence will not be coming at your hotel again we requested even with the adavance booking u didn't confirm our and send us to your 2nd hotel that hotel does not meet any standards of basic hotel ac was not working your beding where not comfortable no service for the sick person needs a medicine your staff was not even ready to help I am absolutely unhappy with all this

The room was reasonably fine, but the linen bed sheets, blanket were not in good condition. Secondly the Towel was also not upto the mark. So this needs drastic improvement. The locality is good but they will have to take due care in terms of room service and housekeeping.

Location Quite good . Rooms compared to rates are good. I felt personally that need improvement in maintenance. Cupboard smells patricides sprayed. Features like fridge wasn't working even informing to staff didn't got replacement. Linens bedsheets was looking like never washed, they keep rotating upside down. TV comes with free channel with no TV remote. Room was OK not Good. Water Tap not fixed, small small things were not fixed properly. Only I liked most Hot water in winter 24x7

It is actually a good hotel for peaceful stay. Rooms - Rooms are too much clean and hygiene maintained. Rooms are big,spacious and beautiful. Good for family stay. Cleanliness - 10000% hygiene maintained in this hotel. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Room service - Staff is actually kind and polite. They help in everything. Near to Metro Station bus stop - This hotel is near to Pimpari Chinchwad metro station. And public transport like Bus. Restaurant - They have their own restaurant besides this hotel. That restaurant is totally authentic. Their all fish dishes and everything is authentic and tasty.

I stayed for 2 days which I still regret. Rooms look neat and clean but there are a lot of cockroaches. On informing the house keeping they did put some spray that didnt help at all. Cockroaches all over the room and bathroom

Room is as it looks in the pictures, check in was seamless, room service was great too, only complaint I have is the walls aren't very thick, you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. Stayed here for 5 days, overall an 9/10 experience. Would consider this hotel the next time when Im Pimpri as well.

Totally different room shown in website. the amenities displayed or written in the website which is not available.like No fridge No TV No kettle for hot water. Very small bathroom. Not worth for 1600 Rs

Very spacious rooms and reasonable tarriff. Location is perfect. We stayed for 10 days and staff looked after well. Wi-Fi, hot water everything is nice.
