I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kyriad Hotel for a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! *Room:* My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep. *Amenities:* The hotel offered all necessary amenities. *Service:* The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt room service, every interaction was impressive. *Location:* The hotel located on a highway so little bit busy and disturbing. I highly recommend the Kyriad Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and hassle-free stay.

I recently stayed at Kyriad Hotel Pimpri, Pune, and wanted to share my experience. On Day 1, we were given a room that was quite small and did not match the pictures shown at the time of booking. It was disappointing to see such a difference between the advertised photos and the actual room. On Day 2, after raising a complaint, the hotel staff did provide us with a bigger and better room, which was a nice gesture, but even that room wasn't the same as the one shown in the booking pictures. One thing I really appreciate is that the hotel management refunded us for the first day after we highlighted the issue, which shows they do care about customer satisfaction. Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable, but I would strongly suggest that the management update their website photos to reflect the actual rooms they offer. Guests expect to get what they see online, and it would help avoid confusion and disappointment.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and quickly assisted with any requests and had a friendly nature. The location was good and near my workplace. The food and staff were both excellent. It was a good experience. I highly recommend travelers to stay.

The room service was excellent by Ganesh singh. The room accomodation was good. The food was very top rated. I liked the single rooms as it has enoght space and comfort. The laundry service and their other services was also great. Overall I would recommend stay here.

We held numerous conferences during these six months, and the staff was extremely helpful. The conference hall can accommodate 15-16 people. In addition, their large hall is excellent. They serve good quality breakfast. Tea is great, and the restrooms are clean. They also help us locate the sound system and microphone. Overall, they offer a good service.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. |I stayed at their hotel in two different cities and both were great. |Good hotel with all facilities , great & respectful staff, good tea, the chef was also very helpful & nice, and a lot more. |I would specially like to credit Mr. Shrikant for such a lovely time we had.

Totally hotel performance good, but food quality to be improve, reception team Bhavesh, sahil and snehal response is to good. Security's responses also so good, pls to be improve the laundry delivery time, because my drsss are getting to late, like am asking to reception then only I received the clothes.
