Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pimpri

I had a wonderful long-term stay at Key Hotels by Lemon Tree, and I can't recommend it enough! The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and made even better by the fantastic team there.||A special shoutout to Dharamveer for the consistently delicious food throughout my stay. Every meal felt like it was made with care--flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. His dedication and friendly service really made a difference and added a personal touch that I truly appreciated.||The hotel itself is perfect for a long-term stay--clean rooms, peaceful environment, and all the amenities you need to feel at home. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would happily return. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a pleasant experience!

Was there twice for business conference. The service is great. The ambience is also very good. Hotel is located on the highway. There is ample parking available in the basement. The Conference room is very big and has all the facilities like projector, mike, tables etc. the dining hall area is sufficient for 50 people at a time.

I am disappointed with the overall experience. I had issues around the bathroom where the water was filling up the bath area and not draining properly. The water kettle wasn't working. Most of the cable television channels were not working as I think that hotel would have not subscribed to the full cable package. The internet speed is pathetic. I was getting less than 1 megabits per second. I wouldn't mind if the property I am saying was a budget stay. I am very disappointed because I paid top dollar for this stay and was looking forward to a positive experience. The location is very convenient and I like the overall cleanliness of the property. They can do a lot better in maintaining the property and have regular inspections and actually make the stay pleasant for the guests. The front desk was helpful and courteous, and polite. I can be too picky about the above matters but it's about setting expectations. We as customers are entitled to a level of service and should not have to compromise. Hopefully my feedback motivates the management to do better and pay attention to little things as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore near by attraction. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of dishes. The amenities were well - maintained and newly renovated, and the service was exceptional the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience, specially Ms. Shruti from front desk. And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel in dress, gives a homey feeling, excellent staff "Harshada " nice attitude, the room is very clean, and place 3 reflects a beautiful view. It should be noted the rich and excellent breakfast, the breakfast location on the top floor with an amazing view. Even if you come with a private driver, they allow accommodation for the driver and it is very helpful.

The hotel is ok for an overnight stay or a couple of days. Pros: Rooms are quite neat. Bathroom is cleanly except for the pungent odour coming from the drain pan in shower area. Food area has a quite some options to chose in breakfast/dinner. Non vegetarian option at dinner is almost none except 1 or 2 dishes. A pair of toothbrush and paste is provided with soap in the bathroom. Study table with chair and couple of cushion chairs are sufficient for work or small discussions. I had a midnight dinner due to late flight and had only 2 options to chose. Food was ok though. Cons: windows are Hal's tinted restricting the full view outside. Rooms are not spacious for a 4500/5000 + tax rooms. The space between the cot and wall is less.

the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, ( Harshada )which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay! And very good experience I will verry happy to saying you my experience

The hotel is centrally located in the industrial area of Pimpri, bang on the highway. Food is very good and the hotel is value for.money considering the location. Rooms are super clean , even though it's small. The reception is super friendly. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on , generally I personally look into this factor.
