Hyatt Place Pune Hinjawadi

We recently stayed at the Hyatt for our anniversary and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our 2-night, 3-day stay was everything we hoped for--relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and we especially loved spending time at the beautiful poolside area. Every detail was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for making our special occasion even more special. We'll definitely be back

Hotel staff is too good and very friendly. Even rooms are very clean. Due to good service we are extend our stay from 2 days to 3 days. So I recommande to all of u pls take a experience from here. From the beautifully decorated room to the warm and welcoming service throughout our stay, everything was perfect. A special shout-out to Bhairavi (I hope I got the name right), who truly went above and beyond. Her kindness and warmth, especially towards our 5-year-old son, really touched us. She made him feel so special and even arranged a cup cake workshop for him -- it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. I had my stay at Hyatt Place Hinjewadi and it was a horrible experience. The bedsheets had stains and bathroom door lock was broken. The breakfast menu was very poor and average in taste. I would prefer to stay at Radisson rather than staying at this place again. Considering the rooms, service, food quality and location of the property, it seems overpriced. So I would recommend if you are planning to have a comfortable and luxurious stay at Pune pls go for Radisson Blu at the same price, you would experience better service, rooms, location and food.

Very nice service by payal. The room ver good and clean. We are happy with her service given to us. So good and time to time service. Thanks to her as she has gave us the best service. Quality is too good. We were here for 4 days and in it she helped her most

What an amazing hotel. The service has been great and there is a wide variety of breakfast buffet which is just mouth watering and extremely well thought of menu. The rooms are kept neat and tidy with high standards. However, the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. I think the communication of the staff at the reception can be better and clear. Kudos to the F&B team!

The service was great and the staff was very welcoming and professional. Prathmesh from housekeeping department was one of the best staff out there and he's one of the most polite and professional individual in the hotel.

I stayed here all last week for a business trip with 16 other coworkers from around the world and we all agreed, while the rooms were nice (clean, ample amenities, no complaints), what stood out to all of us was the service. Neighborhood was good, multiple restaurants within walking distance. A large supermarket was about a 20 minute walk away and I felt very safe walking there on my own even after dark (although it did require crossing a bust road!) But back to the service... the staff repeatedly went above and beyond to assist us. From helping secure hotel cars or ubers to get us to/from our destinations to daily serving a rowdy group of 15+ diners and making sure everyone was happy! (Special shout out to staff Bhairavi, Sejal, Lucy for dealing with our large group daily and making our meals exceptional!) When I was scheduling a car for a late night airport pickup, I overhead the manager request extra special car for the female "foreigner" arriving after midnight. Everything went very smooth. Rutuja and Riddhi (and Moinuddin) made sure everything was smooth for us daily and provided constant recommendations and help for everyone new to India. This will be our local hotel for any future visits!
