Food is very tasty. Service and staff behave not good. Very bad service.

Worst experience at a dinning. Slowest service ( 25 mins for 2 roti s) at the time when only 4 tables are occupied. Quality is also below average. Surely will not recommend anyone to have food here.

Very disappointed. We called the restaurant people to ask if thali is available they said available. Even we asked do we need to do any bookings they said no. And when we went to the restaurant there was no seats were available. Very bad experience. The restaurant people should be specific about the bookings and all.

Food is average, just like any other typical punjabi food. Restaurant Service is horrible. Probably the slowest I've seen in my entire life ever (I'm not even exaggerating )

A Very Disappointing experience at Vrindavan Hotel! While I understand paying for quality food, charging customers extra 'container charges' for delivery is simply unacceptable. It felt like an underhanded way to squeeze more money out of customers. Given the standard pricing on the menu, I expected better service and transparency in the billing. For a place at Bhakti Shakti in Nigdi that markets itself as a reputable dining option, such unexpected charges leave a bad taste. If you're ordering delivery, be prepared for surprise fees that add up quickly. Definitely rethinking future orders here!

Don't go to this hotel for lunch dinner or anything there are lots hotels or restaurant Nearyby I order veg crispy and they served without heated and it is not crispy We ask their capton he say hamere yaha asehi milta he

Please don't book this hotel, we booked 4 rooms with the family, we were there for a wedding. They don't provide with drinking water. When requested they sold tap or borewell water in packed Bisleri bottles and we even paid for it. We figured out with the taste but all the family members got sick with diarrhea. We didn't had breakfast even though it was complimentary but 2 members had coffee they asked us to pay for it. They cleaners guys will roam around even when not asked since we were all girls. Overall not a good experience
