Worst service from the front office staff.. They don't know how to talk with guests.. The room was good but there was no proper cleaning before check in.... So I shared the pics..... Even they didn't provide the complimentary water bottles... Rude behavior from the front desk.

Stayed there for 1 night for 1200 nonac. Solar hot water, clean room, lift is there, queen size bed. Only thing is little honking from road. Location is bit problem u need to take underpass.

I stayed here for one night and the hotel is on the first floor with no elevator so I had to climb up with luggage. The lobby was congested and suffocating. The rooms were good and also the washroom. The hotel is on the busy Mumbai-Pune old highway but still quite and silent ambiance. This place has: No=Ramp access. No=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking. No=A wheelchair-accessible Elevator.

Very good experience with Hotel Shivinn. Rooms were clean. Rooms itself was well equipped and comfortable Nice and polite staff. Overall my experience was very good.

Too much cheap behaviour , not receiving call but if call received then not giving propper information and also Talking in sleepy mood....very Bad service taking advantage of late night & needy customer.

Budget Hotel for short stay, simple AC rooms. Banquet Hall for 50 Guest & Open Terrace for small Event for 100 Guest You can bring out side Caters for small Function. Small Parking space.

The hotel has nice food at a cheap price the service is very poor.... The manager was just ignoring while asking him for some suggestions...
