Need To improve cleaning facilities in room and Allow Access in lift during stay.

happy that I booked this hotel. I went with my family. I booked over phone. I called the hotel 20 days before booking, Owner confirmed my booking and didn't ask me for advance. He ensure that we will not find difficulties in getting rooms Same happened when we reached there by 11pm. Thank you. +ve - lift available, water heater 24hrs available, Rooms are big enough, price reasonable, -ve - Pillow covers were not washed. Saw some hairs in those. So we didn't use it

Very bad hotel simple hot water but no cleanliness in the hotel is not good to talk to the customer no understanding customer has to wait for one to two hours for the room very bad experience

Worst experience ever charges around 2k for 6hrs No tv,no wifi. Rooms are not clean.
