Hotel Grandview - Pimple Saudagar

Worst place ever....the first room we got were full of bedbugs. When we complained they told to go to another room and even there same issue. Got bedbug bites all over body. It was midnight and when we complained they told nothing can be done. We slept on the floor instead sleeping on bed as it was midnight. Worst place ever. Will never recommend it

Rooms and washroom were not clean there was no electricity and if you complain in reception they will argue with you and ask for check out instead of solving the problem. Very rude behaviour of staff and they will not respond to your call even if you go and ask anything in reception they will ignore you.

Best service Grand view Keep it up the Good Work. Suraj was very supportive and humble and helped throughout the stay.

The service was so good that they could sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.laundry services was also so good and Fast service..

Rooms where tidy and clean washroom with hot water. Limited parking. Overall best place for price paid.

Suraj sir is very good person. He is a very good behaviour and very suffartable. Price is very good for stay hear. I think everyone at in pimple Saudagar visit one time and enjoy the services Safe and clean
