Hotel DORTN

I was there for one night with my family. We checked in very late and Reeta ji assisted us with the check-in. She was very kind to upgrade us to 2 spacious rooms and the stay was quite good. The only thing that I feel could be better was cleanliness of bathroom and bathroom towels, better lighting in the rooms and better lift capacity. The lift said overloaded even with just 5 people without any luggage. Location wise, it's quite good.

I stayed at Hotel Dortn for 2 nights and was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. There was noticeable dust behind the door and around the bed, and the toilet wasn't well-maintained. It felt like the staff were either understaffed or not attentive. On the positive side, there was ample parking, the breakfast was decent, and the view from the balcony was nice. However, it was unpleasant to see cleaning supplies left out near our entry door. Would only recommend if no better options are available. Also if you see there are lots of reviews from people who has done only 1 or 2 reviews. Seems lots of fake reviews are bought.

I have stayed at multiple places and in 5 star hotels as well but Dortn literally won my heart by its hospitality and services. The rooms are not very new but these are extremely cozy. I loved the behaviour of all the Staffs there, specially Rita (the receptionist) who welcomed me warmly and made sure all the support was provided. The staffs are hard working and very polite and decent. My stay felt like home and I hope to stay there every time I come to Pune.

Nice place all staff is too good ambiance also amazing. guys definitely you should visit that place . rooms food everything is hygiene

It's an excellent place to stay at Hinjewadi having top notch level of cleanliness and comfortable rooms.

Rooms are not clean , staffs are also unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel DORTN. The staff was incredibly welcoming, My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious meals. Conveniently located near offices. Highly recommended for a luxurious and relaxing experience.
