The hotel is extremely good, smooth checkin and check out process. The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs anytime. The rooms are big , comfortable and cleanliness is maintained. I always look out for cleanliness and comfort in whole and that expectation was met here. We can bring outside food too. The stay was comfortable and you can visit the restaurant within the hotel. Overall very positive experience. If you are planning to book your stay go ahead with Ambience Excellency

We had arranged out Son's first birthday celebration and everything from hall to decoration and food was excellent.

Ate at Namah, their restaurant. The food and drinks were good, but quantity is small and a bit overpriced. Asked for 'normal water' and they gave bottled which they charge for 25 each. If you want free water, ask for RO. They had not told this to us, which brings me to the customer service. It is not up to par at all. Disappointed. Have to continuously ask for updates on food and even have to ask for utensils. Staff is not well-trained. If you are okay with that, then eat here. The furniture and menus are also old. No attempt to renew or clean up. Gives a bad impression. Had high expectations because of the reputation, but it is just a mediocre place.

food, too good.. too good of the food.. went there for baby shower of a relative.. so, the review is only about limited capacity hall and the good food.. parking is allowed only for the people dining-in in their restaurant..

Absolutely poor service. Restaurant has no menu to serve in breakfast except masala dosa and idli. Took 20-25 mins to prepare dosa which according to the staff was quick. Whatever food asked for was not available. So if someone wants to eat only masala dosa or idli and has patience to wait for it almost half an hour can choose because other than that it's the worst place I've ever been to.
