Hotel Alpine

1. I booked the room on call. While booking it, the attendant did not mention that they will charge extra for credit cards. While checking in also nobody mentioned this. At the time of check out, out of nowhere the receptionist refuses to accept the credit cards, saying that you will have to pay extra through card. 2. The room felt pretty decent at first. We had a good sleep at night. But as soon as we woke up, there were so many bed bugs (ddhekuunn) around us. It's one of the most pathetic and irritating experiences for me. The bed bugs went everywhere inside our luggage. Book this hotel only if you love to live unhygienic.

Don't fall for fake reviews specially 5/5 ones. unwelcomed behavior by property manager. They will not provide good rooms if you book online using discounts. AC was not working properly and they just act like they are fixing it. Bed was good but sheets were smelly. If you request to talk to manager, the lady said she was the manager and she can not help further. If you want to cancel, go ahead and work with make my trip for refund. I literally left after 2 hours and without refund.

Rooms are okay but not so good. Cleanliness is maintained. Good location. But definitely needs improvement in presentation.

My stay at hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered a series of issues, including unhelpful staff at the reception. The room itself was in poor condition: there was no soundproofing, the AC was noisy, paint was peeling, the bathroom tiles were broken, the lighting was faulty, and worst of all, there were cockroaches in the room. Given these circumstances, we are highly dissatisfied with our stay and our stay was 2 days which we limited it to 1 day They did not have any other rooms available, all the rooms had cockroaches broken tiles noisy ac cigrate smells bed sheets dirty etc Not recommended at all

Niche hotel, really good location (bang in the middle of Pimpri chowk, actually just behind). It is a little old so the age is visible in the walls of some of the rooms. Washrooms are nice and clean as are the rooms. Being a little old the rooms are comparatively larger than the similarly priced newer hotels. Good food, above average services, good behaviour from people. A perfect value for money hotel.

The hotel looks really good, but room are not as per standard, and they to do maintenance of this place.

The hotel manager who is on french cut beard it's a scammer so be careful. He tried to scam with us like we are group together exploring Pune and we have different hotel booking but 3 girls don't have booked before so our hotel is Fully booked then they go for the room in this hotel so they are behaving like very kind before paying money after they give room on top floor then I'm just visitor and I'm seating in their room in 10 min a person of their staff come to us and give food which we never ordered we refused it after then their manager and the person are again visited us then manager said that you ordered food interesting fact was I'm pure vegetarian and food was non veg and we don't ordered food even don't use their phone he tells us u call us and ordered it after that manager rudely said me you have to go in 5 min before payment we discussed I'm here for a 1 hour it's only 10 min but it's not a topic they want to charge for that food which we never ordered. After I realised it's a scam and there are 3 girls so first I deside to leave hotel without any argument bcz girls safety is important so we just leave hotel. For safety reasons we just leave hotel without any refund. So be safe it's a scam don't visit these stupid hotel. And my payment was refunded bcz I have political support and after they know me very well bcz their job is on risk but I don't recommend these hotel don't even visit.......
