The rooms, though compact, are efficiently designed and consistently clean. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety, providing a solid start to the day. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness have made each stay pleasant. For business travelers seeking convenience and reliability, this hotel is a commendable choice.

I have been staying at this hotel for business purpose since past 4 months. The stay is comfortable. ||Room: Rooms are clean and have table, AC, TV, refrigerator, kettle, locker apart from basis requirements. Room has warm lights.||Amenities: Parking, gym and wifi||Breakfast and dinner options are fine, but mostly repeating on a daily basis except 1-2 items. ||Staff is very helpful, and they are just a call away at anytime of the day or night.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Pune Pimpri and was quite shocked by the room size. At approximately 145 sq. ft., it felt more like a compact box than a hotel room. I was genuinely surprised that a reputed brand like IHG and Holiday Inn would offer such cramped accommodations to guests. While the room was equipped with all standard amenities, the sheer lack of space made it uncomfortable. When I inquired at the front desk, they mentioned that this is the standard for Holiday Inn Express properties designed for business travelers. However, having stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express locations worldwide, I have never encountered such tiny rooms before. This was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected from the brand. Additionally, there was no lock on the bathing cabin (I can't even call it a bathroom), and no hangers inside. Instead, there was just a small handle, but placing clothes or towels there was pointless, as they would get wet due to the shower direction in such a tiny space. Since we were two people in the room, it was extremely awkward to change clothes outside in the open, with no privacy inside the bathing area. This is a major design flaw that needs to be addressed. Breakfast was another letdown - the choices were extremely limited, and I ended up having just cornflakes and an idly, which isn't my usual preference. There was no fresh juice, and the old coffee machine dispensed a tasteless brew. Given that breakfast is a key part of any stay, this was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff was polite and respectful, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience did not feel like an IHG stay at all. The only thing that reflected an IHG standard was the pricing, which was quite high for what was offered. Would I stay here again? Definitely not. IHG needs to seriously reconsider the quality of this property.

The room service was best I have experienced in India. Conference room facilities and management were very professional. Bhushan was extremely helpful at checkout ordering Ola and finalising account.Will come back and recommend to others.
