Holiday Inn Express Pune Hinjewadi, an IHG Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hinjewadi, Pune. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for the rest of my visit. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided met all my expectations for a business-friendly hotel. I particularly appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the smart layout of the workspace--ideal for working travelers. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good mix of Indian and continental options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and hygienically maintained. The dining area was well-managed and kept spotless. The location in Hinjewadi is perfect for business travelers, with easy access to the IT parks and major corporate offices. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel maintains a calm and relaxing ambiance. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express Hinjewadi exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Pune, whether for business or leisure.

Hi Team, Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Sakshi and Pooja were extremely welcoming and attentive. Suhas Sir ensured that every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. Vaishnavi was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and Vikrant provided outstanding service during our overall experiences. Highly recommend this property for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

24 hrs before check in, the duty manager Vikrant was informed that we will be driving in from South Goa, a journey of abt 11 hrs in the heat of the summers and that the room should be ready with double occupancy amenities and to not make us wait to settle in. My husband is a senior citizen. We were assured that all will be taken care of. We checked in around 4.30pm, dead tired and the amenities in the room were not there, it took them 1/2 hour to sort things out. A double occupancy room with single occupancy amenities? Are you not charging me for double occupancy? The AC wasn't cooling, at 17 degrees it took more than 3 hours for the room to cool. The staff had no clue about the reason for this. A room change was offered but even there, after 1/2 hour of the AC being on it wasn't cooling. So we decided against a room change. Breakfast is included in the room price but the spread is sad. Except for fresh fruits, idli and sambar nothing is palatable. Infact on the 2nd day the watermelon in the buffet was spoilt and seeing it I brought it to their notice and it was immediately replaced. Parathas are hard, puris are hard, sausages are hard, sandwiches, muffins and croissants are dry and chewy. Watermelon juice is so watery that it is awful. Is this the standard of a Holiday Inn Express? Electric kettles are plastic ones, the amount of plastic molecules that are leeching into the water every time we heat water is not at all healthy. How much does it cost to provide electric metal kettles? For the last 6 months we are telling them to do the needful but of no avail. All the above is known to the Front Office manager Suhas and the F&B manager but except for apologies nothing else is done. And the next time the same happens again. The last 2 times we refrained from writing the above but this time when the same was repeated we decided to write the review. If Holiday Inn Express only wants a certain kind of Corporate clients then please don't sell your rooms to FITS !!

Nice hotel stay we enjoyed the rooms though 13.5mtr maybe soke storage facility would be added features. The only drawback was the food in the hotel did not have the quality. The telephone did not work, it did not dial after trying to call rooms service or reception. Hoping this review will improve their quality of food service.

The place seems to be missing their SOPs, I went with them looking at high reviews on booking.com. Compact room, with seperate loo & shower rhe wash sink is out in the room. TV is way too high on the wall missing basic sense. The room AC was not cooling and uncomfortable night, morning I informed them to have it fixed, no one has attended it by evening, later they found the AC filter to have completely chocked with dust. Front desk very casual, they got me to fill the GST details was not updated. So I reminded update for bill generation and got back was not done. The food /Breakfast is average and the Rice /Idly get over and they struggle get refilled. The tables remain uncleaned sign of poor hygiene. Location is facing paying guest accommodation with pathetic view. I had plans to stay again that is not happening.

1. I was allocated room no 0504, the night of Day 1 the AC stopped working and was making loud noises. Service representative came in to fix the issue which was done by powering off and then back on. He confirmed that the issue will not happen again. The AC had the same problem in the next 3 hours - I was not able to get enough rest for my Important meeting (I barely slept 3 hours) 2. After informing this to the Dayshift manager (around 7a) while going to my office i was informed that my luggage will be transferred to another room. 3. I was moved to room 0502, which also had a loud AC, but atleast it worked 4. On day 4 of my stay, while i was about to leave for work. I was informed that my room would be shifted again, with no prior intimation, I reluctantly agreed 5. To my horror i was shifted to Room 0504 again, i asked the manager if they had fixed the issue for certain. He said they had. But in a couple of hours the AC issue started again ie no cooling with the blower making alot of noise -> I was done with Holidayinn by now, I called in to express my frustration and they sent in a repair guy who brought a ladder in and took good amount of time working on the AC. I dont know what he did but he confirmed the issue was now fixed. By now I had decided to checkout the next day and stay at my friends place - I am soo done with Holiday inn. The management was unable to respond effectively, they did nothing to ensure my sentiments were good instead they let them fall. I was offered another room but it was already too late and the measures were too little.

I had another excellent stay recently at the very well managed Holiday Inn Express Property at Hinjewadi. The Check-in itself was a very pleasant surprise as Amol Sir, who was personally on duty at the Front Desk, had anticipated all the requirements and kept ready everything for a super breezy check-in of less than 30 seconds duration!! This was one of the fastest check-ins that I have experienced in more than 30 years of travel. Great Work!! The Actual Stay was very comfortable as always, with outstanding support from the IRD Team led by Krishna Sir & Naman Sir and very well assisted by Siddharth & Aditya. Overall, an able management, with a good team and a strong service orientation, delivered a very comfortable stay.

I had a lovely experience staying at Holiday Inn Express Hinjewadi. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We don't eat onion and garlic so they prepared special breakfast for us. I thank Naman and the entire team at Holiday Inn Express for their wonderful hospitality.
