Pathetic is d word. Please dnt stay there. Rooms are too small. Can't walk pass bed. 2 people can't stand or walk together in that room. Amenities. They have mentioned iron .dryer n al but not available..wheb asked only if u tell them they wl gv u which I have not seen in any ginger or other hotels.There are multiple n better options in wakad. I stay in ginger when in Mumbai. Near airport as well as andheri both are superb but the one in Pune wakad is exact opp. Ordered lunch they took the order called him back after an hour saying rice ready but soup was not available so didn't send. Neither they called to inform us about it nor anything. Ordered breakfast..2 omlette.took d order post an hour or so called they asking wat was d order. I was about to extend my stay for a day as my son's tournament was there in balewadi stadium but had to cancel . Not expected from ginger at all. Orchid was next to stadium at same cost but I preferred ginger coznits GINGER but total disappointment. Sorry to say but .

I stayed there for 1 night. During that their room key card was not working, at every time to open door you have to call their boys. Food service in room was very slow, to give you one plate they were taking 30 minutes. Room given to us was having ac water leakage then technician came to repair. Then they shifted our room and mid night around 01:30 they were doing some noisy construction work in their hotel. Video upload - pls check. Means what kind of hospitality they are offering being Ginger.

Best place. There is a good selection of staff. They gave us a good room. You can book Even from Tata neu app. The new room make over is amazing. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. They changed the linen and even tucked my teddy bear in the Bed cover. The price is good in the area. It is near a few colleges and you can go to them. Parking slots are sufficient but a few more would be nice. The food in Qmin was good. A buffet was only 23.92 . Try the Kala chicken/mutton. The biryani amount is very less. The sanitation in the Hotel looks good so I don't think Guillain-Barre syndrome could take place here not even a normal food transferred disease. If you are going through vomiting they prepare dal rice on your request too(Not in the buffet). Would really recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at and overall, it was a wonderful experience. staff Miss Rita services truly stood out, making us feel at ease during stay incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice location and very prominent place, this time it was very close to the place of my meeting. While there are many shortcomings, I will like to kindly extend my sincere gratitude to Mr Atikur Rehman, from housekeeping department who really was very helpful for all days throughout my day. Sometime such sincere staffs really makes the property peaceful and worthwhile. I would recommend to take care of such staffs better and retain them.

We are always select Wakad Ginger due to best service team and their behavior is very good Asikur Rehaman is all ways available for our demand of room service & house keeping and kitche staff is very excellent team
