FabHotel Wakad Villa - Hotel in Wakad, Pune

Room was clean but in toilet, the flush was broken and due to leakage there was so many water logged inside the bathroom. Always ask for mosquito repellent or mosquito vaporizer machine. AC was working for formality but keeping room adequately cool. Service was not there becoz nobody asked for anything. Location is good and decent. Overall satisfied with room but water leakage of toilet flush was bit annoying.

Worst service ever, Never book any hotels related to FABB hotels. The images shown in the google and reality is completely different. No cleanliness in the room beds are smelling and pillows are horrible, staff is very rude. I see even few things which i can't write here. Never book this hotel any time. I am completely disappointed that's the reason I took few pics of the room which i stayed please go through and never book in FABB hotels. The reception people are like rowdies they will not convey properly. Room keys is like without a keys also we can open. I changed two rooms for better one but every room is worst. Towels are smelling very badly. They didn't provide TV, water for drinking also, no basic things in washroom and no shower as well. I need a refund for my money as well.

When we viewed the three bed room service at Fabhotels Hub, they had a mattress in place of a bed, despite having images of the rooms with three people occupying them. The behavior of Fab Express Corporate Hubs is the worst, and they cheat. Before you see the truth, I advise against making an online booking. Be mindful of their employees; if you paid online, they will rush you and disappoint you by demonstrating your lack of courage in making a reservation online.

Service is very poor. One typical instance was when my parents asked to remove extra bed/mattress, the service guy asked my parents to keep it outside even after seeing that he is talking to a senior citizen. The only good thing of this hotel was location. To add to the misery lift was not working

Worst Hotel which I stayed in Recent times, No value for money, hygiene, Towels,soap. Dirty bedcovers & room was not cleaned properly. Totally pathetic to stay & staff behaviour is also rude

Its not a couple friendly hotel, the reception are very gaon type people and they dont understand what we say. Dont book this , reception people are not so understand able. Fab has to leave the tie up

This property is a typical case of a good, well located property going waste because of lack of care. The pot was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The wall tiles need periodic cleaning which was not done. The wires were hanging out as can be seen in the pics. The bed sheets and the pillows were clean. The person Manning the reception was not too courteous. Take it or leave it attitude. Basically untrained.

Horrible experience. Rooms were not clean. Not just rooms, the bed and the pillow smelled badly. Ac was not working fine. Washrooms were dirty. Whole place looks like a cheap hotel in a horror movie. No amenities. No towel, soap, toothbrush kit. Staff wasn't even helpful.
