FabHotel Shreeyash - Hotel in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

This is a typical OYO type hotel. Looks like Fab Hotels is now doing what OYO has been doing for many years - take on a failed place and convert it into their chain hotel. This is a shabby place where somebody was speaking loudly upto at least 11 pm and the reception was playing some video loudly in the morning. Only the AC of the room was working well. This place is strictly fine if you want a ceiling over your head for a night.

WORST HOTEL !!! Experience in this hotel wasn't good. Rooms have not any ventilation. Rooms are very bad. Also, room service is very bad. Water problem is also there. Don't book even by mistake.

Totally a waste of money, dirty rooms, unhygienic condition, cockroach will be your companion in the room. Denied use of credit card, only free channels will be available on TV, water supply inconsistent, staff is totally unprofessional, don't know how to talk to customers, in the whole gallery it was in the dark. I could say the best place to shoot a horror movie without any modification in the hotel. Also they asked to pay the whole 3 days amount during the checking only and refused to refund any money if I checked out early. The big question is then why I stayed there, well it's destiny that my company booked that hotel for me and it was late night when I reached that hotel didn't had much energy to check other hotels in late night so I stayed but that was hell of experience. No buddy will pick up your call at reception, no slippers in the room, no shampoo, no soap, no dental kit, no shaving kit, means there was nothing I could say that this thing is good at 2500 rupees a night charge. Totally pathetic.

Fab Hotel Shreeyas it was Fabulous There are good Facilities and And Comfortable Room with all Necessary things also Good and Helpful Hotel Staff and also all Staff Politely towards Customers it will be good Experience in Hotel Shreeyash Residency, Pune I specially Recommend that Hotel to who's who are cimming for Business Trips/ Meeting

It was my first time in Pune. Any normal hotel will be enquiring beforehand for check in and taxi. But this hotel, nothing. They said they have a complementary breakfast. They said they have a hotel. The next morning, they said they have only two types of breakfast and it'll be delivered to our room. The next day, same thing. The area is completely industrial. The room is okay for one day. There will be nothing around this building except factories and shops of steel and plastic. Only for the room, they are charging a lot more than we get to experience there. It's not worth it, if you are on vacation and with family. It's only worth it if you are solo and gonna stay for one day or so.

Dirty bed sheets, inadequate water pressure in washroom, poor room service, inefficient AC, broken charging sockets and what not. I have attached the pics, do check them.

Room could have been up to date.. Also service was not that proper. Telephone was not working.. Tap parts were missing..

This is not a well maintained property of FAB. The rooms have no sunlight at all.
