FabHotel Rudra Residency - Hotel in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

No soap , no hand wash liquid, no towels, no water kept. Maybe less money. So better book something expensive next time.Location was in residential place. I came hotel very late as alone girl. I felt unsafe too. Didn't look like regular hotel

Bakwas hotel with arrogant manager .they not even gave one single bottle of water to drink ....I got my room after 1 hour waiting plz DNT book anyone .....it's a pathetic service ever I got

Rooms were good. A four storey flat system coverted in to hotel. No other amenities. But ok as per room cost.

Worst ever service I have gotten. The room was fine, but nothing in the name of amenities. 1) The working staff were very lazy and they didn't even carry the luggage, we had to carry it to the third floor by ourselves up the stairs. That brings me to 2) Lift was not working most of the time. 3) Not even the 1L water was not provided. 4) There was not even facility of water dispenser from where I can fill water. I had to buy water every ime I wanted to drink water. 5) The swimming pool shown in the photo was a scam, there is no swimming pool. 6) The owner was also very very rude, in my 6 days of stay I fought atleast 3 times with the owner. The owner does not know how to talk properly, and was very rude. When I complained that even the basic amenities were not provided, I was told "checkout if you don't like it, and forget the money" 7) The extra mattress provided was also so bad, it hurt my back. And they also didn't have a proper blanket or comforter. In conclusion, I will request you to put in some more money and book some other room from MMT or just book an airbnb.

Guys please don't stay at this hotel, worst hotel and staff ever. No cleaning no response bad behaviour especially cheating with customers

I has a stay for 4 days. My experience was very bad. I had come to pune for my work so i had to stay out untill evening for my work. The person who handles there had call me that he has to intall geyser and was so asking for the permission to open the room with other keys. Even after not giving permission he opened the room and installed the geyser. I didnt find it ethical because all of my things were lying down being a girl it was very disrespectful for me. There are no toiletries provided we have to ask for a towel There are no water bottle provided complimentary. I choosed this hotel in the name of fab but had a very bad experience Pathethic work by fab.

I booked this room for 7 days. Reached there and found highly unprofessional staff. Reception was dirty and then they shown a room in which the linen was used and dirty. The washroom was unhygienic. When I asked him to clean the room n washroom, the staff behaved very rudely n told me that no room is empty and asked me to go somewhere else. I booked it through Fabhotel. The behaviour of customer care was very unsupportive. I suggest you to not waste money by booking Rudra. BIG NO.....
