Worst experience ever The owner is the worst man I have ever talked to. First the person sitting in reception told me the room price is 1300 per night. But afterwards the owner called him and told to demand 500 more. The same was done with another family that came there. Worst person I have ever seen I will never visit this hotel nor will recommend anyone to visit even if this is the last option of my life

The hotel rooms were satisfactory, but the services fell short - the elevator wasn't functioning, and the food service wasn't good. However, the front desk personnel were exceptionally polite and helpful. Overall, the experience was decent, considering the convenient location and reasonable tariffs.

Worst experience ever. First we talked and fixed an amount and then they asked for some more. They took our bags and took our car's key. They didn't provide drinking water. The bathroom had no water. The room had an ac but it doesn't work. The staffs their are the most irrespective people in the whole india ig. They behave like goons and threatened us. Please avoid this hotel if you don't want an experience which is truly hell.

Room is spacious and very well lighted, windows are big and we'll ventilated, but quality of bed sheets and blankets used is unhygienic/ unclean/ towels were also not new seemed they were used way too many times. Bathroom though was clean but most fixtures for hanging clothes and towel were broken, there is no geyser present for hot water you have to request to turn on hot water fascility within bathroom at the reception. Notably lift was not working or under maintenance when I had my stay, also the room provided in such scenario was at 4th floor without the lift it was most unconvinent. So considering all these factors, hotel room was not a deluxe by any measure even though priced as deluxe. Air conditioner user for the room was of really old/ quality of Air through was bad , best not to use the air conditioner. Good things, TV, wifi and chair table along with wardrobe is available which is positive for this property. Lastly they should provide bathroom kit soap, shampoo and water bottle which can enchance the experience further for the deluxe room which was missing. Overall it was decent experience but certainly not the best you can get for similarly priced properties around the area. Hot water Available only on request at reception and that too only in morning hours. No 24 hours hot water fascility. There is no reception of signal for any mobile operator at this hotel but they do provide good quality wifi access for free which compensates.

Hotel don't have a telephone their television is also not working very bad experience ever with fab hotels never book fab hotel

Booking mentioned that breakfast was included in the package, but hotel person said they don't provide breakfast. No hot water available in bathroom. Had to finally bath with cold water. soap dispenser was empty. Nobody seems to have bothered to refill. No drinking water in room. Usually 1 bottle is complementary. Room and location was ok.

Disappointing experience Do not stay in this absolute dump of a hotel, and I use the term hotel very loosely. I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting this place is. rude staff, windows that won't close, no hot water, broken furniture, dirty utensils, broken light fixings Pretty sure I'm going to end up with some sort of rash/ disease due to sanitation conditions similar to those of a homeless crack head. In summary...this place is a complete hole.The Hotel Manager is extremely rude. The facilities inside the room are horrible. Even the appliances don't work properly. I will never come to this hotel any more and will advise everyone not to commit the mistake of choosing this hotel for staying - you will repent. Worst experience with FabHotels

Worst stay experience that didn't meet my expectations. While I initially believed that drinking water and breakfast were included in my package, upon arrival, I discovered that these amenities were not provided without an additional cost. Even the complimentary water bottles, which were supposed to be included in my stay package, were unexpectedly charged. The Wi-Fi and power connection were also quite weak, and unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor & no hot water facility. Also during my checkout, I was forced to pay additional charge of Rs600 due to a instant visit from one of my friends, who stayed with me for hardly 15-20 minutes.
