Bad Experience at Emerald Tree Moshi I had an extremely disappointing stay at Emerald Tree Moshi and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 1. Denied Entry for Booking.com Customers: I had booked through Booking.com, but the reception refused to honor my booking due to unresolved payment issues between the hotel and the platform. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. 2. Forced Payment at Counter: Since I was with my family, I had no other option but to pay directly at the counter. 3. Terrible Room Service: Basic amenities like towels and soap were not provided initially. I had to call multiple times before receiving them. 4. Non-Functional WiFi: The WiFi never worked during our stay. 5. Broken TV: The TV was not functioning, and though they promised to fix it within an hour, it was never addressed. 6. Dusty AC: The air conditioner seemed unserviced for months. Upon starting it, a cloud of dust was thrown into the room, making the environment worse. 7. Unhygienic Bathroom: The bathroom had a terrible smell throughout our stay. 8. Poor Communication: The reception answered the phone only 2 out of 10 times, making it hard to get assistance. 9. Non-Refundable Payment: Since they demanded full payment upfront, I was stuck and couldn't leave the property. The only redeeming factor was the food served downstairs, which was decent. However, this alone does not justify the terrible experience and poor management. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Avoid this property at all costs.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely dirty, and I encountered cockroaches and other insects like bedbugs. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying here. Please reconsider booking a room here to avoid a similar unpleasant experience. Staff also not supportive.

I will not recommend this hotel for family . Rooms are okay okay. Bed and Linen okay okay. It's same as Fab Hotels Prime Emerald. Same property with different names on Treebo and Fab. Congested rooms. AC wasn't working. They moved us to different room. Most of the time Diesel generator was on adding to noise and smell. Something is wrong for sure. Strictly no
