Hotel Neelayam Garden

Visited here for the 3rd time and also almost after 6+ years. Always knew this is a good hotel when I had last visited in 2018. however this time the expectations were surpassed. Rooms - The rooms are spick and Span and are extremely comfortable. Not even a single particle of dust was visible. Washroom - Extremely clean and hygienic with 24 hrs hot water. Food - Food too is very good Service - Service too is extremely good and the staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. There is also a well maintained play area for small children. Ample parking is available.

Location, cleanliness, rooms wise, what more can a person want from a hotel. Kid friendly, as small play area. Ample greenery and parking. Rooms are great, even balcony is clean. Service is good

This place is located in Pune nashik highway near Narayangaon. It is popular for wedding/reception and at night for drinks and non veg food. We have been there for dinner and started with Manchow soup and chicken tandoori. Soup was good but chicken was okay. In main course we ordered their Neelayam special veg and roti. There were two gravy one sweet and other medium spicy while roti was big and crispy. They have taste good. Finally we ordered jeera rice, nacni papad and dal fry which was also fulfilling.

Food service has issue. Wheat Roti and Chapati is not available. Only Maida Roti available....

Food Quality is so bad they are giving only white flour Roti.

Food was amazing. Service was fast enough.. Challenging thing was to choose a section for drinks as i was with family. Only section allowed is in huts where there was waiting of 30 minutes. I requested to allow us to sit in garden, which they did but have to run through the hotel for approval from higher management. (Can ignore this as it is village area and they care for customers security) Overall experience was pretty good. The food quality was fantastic with great service. Ordered lollypop, kababs, butter chicken, roti and rice. Keep up the good work in rural area!!!
