Booked this hotel and was badly disappointed. Had booked Ac room but there was no Ac working. Staff here is busy watching Ipl match and least bothered of what Customer has asked for. We called for 2 mineral water and after waiting for almost 30 mins personally came down and took it that too even a warm water as they said they dont have cold mineral water bottles. Rooms are quite standard and washroom were quite okayish. All together a very bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience ... No one water bottle in hotel no any food in kitchen available ..Staff are any time in drunk .. nepali staff are anytime in smoker smell like ganja

We stayed here for couple of days.. The rooms are clean but washroom n hotel premise are not upto the mark. The bathrooms are leaking n flush not working. If you are coming at night, it's 5 min walk from main road which does not have any lights.

First they ask 1000 rs as security deposit and when u check out ..then deny to return n abuse u
