OYO 39860 Raj Residency

The place is clean & good with the standards set by OYO but the location is wrong & not as per Google maps. Also you don't get hot water early in the morning which is a must since many visiting Chakan may need to leave early to go to a company.

this place smell kimd of bad no room freshner,no hot water while the stay. no proper staff response.. most of all the reception guy took my phone to see the checkout status and he himself rated the hotel 5 stars... after checking out very rude and ignorant...

I dont want to give even one star for this hotel ,this hotel is the horrible hotel I have visited in my life. The whole place is stinking.no one can stay in this hotel. Thier is a dead body of the dog which is lying from 7 days and the whole place is smelly.and the bath rooms are not clean. Horrible hotel.

Pathetic place. Ac's don't work,lights in toilet don't work , unclean & stained bedsheets. Staff is rude and arrogant.

Very bad exprnce. Please do not book this property its not even worth 300 rupees per night
