Service so poor..... Food Quality worst. Place veg fried rice order given non veg fried rice after 45 min.

Went for lunch, due to less staff in the late afternoon, service was too poor, food taste was not justifying with price. Portion size is small and price is at higher side. Taste is below average. Not recommended for families.

This hotel is not that famous and has not acquired that much fame but it's a good hotel providing best hygiene and cleanness. It is well secured with good hotel staff. The parking is not big enough but enough to cater the hotel guests. The rooms are good and economical too and will not make a hole in your pocket. They do have a restaurant but it's not operative all the times because of less crowd. The hotel has decent interiors and appears good from the front facing.

Food was very bad and horrible even street dogs will reject the food. Mainly this hotel is suitable for drinking alcohol , if you want to drink alcohol then only they will give you good service. Even no drinking water, no AC, no TV. In early morning if you want to checkout then you will be trapped inside the hotel, every door is closed and you have to wait for them to wake up and let the door open for you, no one is there to attend you. If you have any medical emergency in midnight then you may die also.

Hotel is managed by 3 types of people 1) Jokers 2) Rude 3) Lazy||Hotel is unhygenic, dont take your decision basis the photos clicked by the hotel and the amenities mentioned on the site.||Hotel staff is rude and unsupportive, reception numbers and house keeping numbers do not work. You will have to search the whole hotel for the hotel staff. You will have to really make noise so that they hear else they will ignore.||No water in washrooms, no toiletries, no towels are provided. AC doesn't work and fans regulator doesn't work.||Hotel staff doesn't mind abusing you at your back saying "Inko itne paiso mein 5 star service chahiye"||So my humble request to everyone, Please dont stay at this hotel.

Marvelous Ambience, friendly for family and friend. Separate family section with "no disturbance".Food test you get in Megacities is all here.Had great food Quality, Qauntity. Clean and tidy room with good service. Do visit once place for all you need.

Stayed at this Hotel last Dec 2015. Brief summary why one should avoid this hotel specially if you are staying with family||||we were two families travelling together to Junnar-Ozar belt. Stayed at this hotel overnight as it was close to Shivneri fort. But that was mistake.||||1. Two types of rooms were available- Std Rs 1200 and Deluxe 1800. We chose deluxe. WHy?||||2. The standard room has filthy single blankets that was stinking. Morever, its very low on hygiene. 2nd room has only one single blanket. When we asked for second, the guy sitting on counter sent over his own blanket to the room. (it was Dec 15 winter night)||||Iin any case, such a blanket was surely not acceptable. We asked, if he got something better. He said if we pay 1800 bucks, we get quilts instead of blanket.||||2. We upgraded to Deluxe room anticipating quilts. It really looked good. BU when we wnt for sleeping- we realized that quilt was not serviced for ages and smells of dried sweat from previous users was coming. We asked for change, but they said thats all they have. Since it was 10:30 in night and was such a small place, we had no choice. Jackets saved us from cold.||||3. The bed sheet was soiled and seemed to be used. It was changed after multiple requests.||||||4. Room and wash room was dirty like hell. Appears it was not cleaned for months !!||||5. All dirty and broken||||Room phone was not working and was in delapidated condition. ||TV had tonnes of dust over it and non functional. ||Switches were broken||||Washroom windows- Broken and issues to your privacy||Washroom sink- hell a lot of dust and dirt- Staff refused even to clean. We had to clean||||6. After night show, when people leave the adjacent multiplex (in same building) the noise would surely break your sleep once.||||||||N7. o bill was provided next morning while checking out. The person sitting at cash counter said- "everything is decided by the owner. We cant do anything. And owner has gone to market t buy vegetbales and wont be back before noon"||||We asked for Onwer's cell phone number and they said" we are not allowed to share his number"||||The hotel employees even said "Bill will not be provided, do whatever you can". Surely we were not there for fight. We left the place helplessely.||||If you have some respect and deserve some hygiene, please avoid this hotel.

This place was suggested to me by one of our acquaintance for one night stay as we have to attend some function happening on very next day. When we had been there for a booking, the staff was polite and did ask us every documents required for the formalities. I presented mine but my wife didn't carry her own KYC's despite they kept on insisted for her documents. Somehow I told them my daughter is accompanying us and this is the first time I came across such a weird situation where I have been ask to produce documents for spouse also. I told them do I look alike person who's been here to do some paid job with his illegal partner. Then they agreed and sent us on the top floor with their staff. But their all movements were looking completely suspicious and sounds foul to me. Upon our reaching to the room immediately we saw one lady with dark make up came upstairs and just crossed our room. That moment I took my keys and went back to the manager and said I am not feeling comfortable here and asked for the re-fund and surprisingly without any hesitation he paid me off and politely asked for the reason for which I was reluctantly said no. Then he up-frontly told me about the event just happened and said that's why he didn't even registered our booking. Finally we got our money back and left the place within minutes.
