SPOT ON Royal Inn Lodging

Denied checkin because room was booked online Upon reaching the hotel, manager denied our checkin saying that they do not accept online booking and there tie-up with oyo has been terminated. When I asked them that why they didn't bother to call and inform me prior to the checkin date, the manager arrogantly said it's not their duty to do that. Never ever book hotel room in this hotel. They are cheat and money mongering goons. A guest who was staying in the same hotel said me that they don't accept online booking confirmation because they sell the room offline with twice the price of online. And he was the victim too.

Even 1 star is overrated for them..... negative points must be given to this hotel. Please book in any other lodge....but never in this lodge. Will definately be worst experience of ur life. Rude staffs will not allow u inside even after payment. Even OYO can not convince these people.There are so many lodges out there....please don't choose this for ur own good.

Staff is very rude and careless. Rooms are dirty. Women hair all around the place - bedsheets, floor, pillow, washroom. Not recommended for solo and family travellers. Most of the guests here are couples from nearby places who don't Care about the facilities of this place.

Had the worst experience ever, staff is rude, payment issues between hotel and oyo which affects the customer , they didn't let us even enter even after full payment. Never go to this hotel and never book via oyo app

We had booked rooms via Oyo, but the manager didn't allow us inside... We were left on the roads like beggars without rooms even after paying for it well in advance. Owner who runs this place is rude and careless. Please avoid this ghatiya place.

Worst experience ever.We had booked 2 rooms via OYO ,prior payment and necessary requirements for the booking was done with the help of OYO customer care service provider but the MANAGER of this hotel neither opened the gate nor allowed us in to checkin troubling us at midnight leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere.Kindly BOOK anywhere else but not here and save your time and efforts.

New property. Room r clean and tidy. Good one. TV sets not yet installed. Parking available. Restaurant just next to hotel. Room service is good.

Arrogant staff. What you pay for during online booking and what you actually get is completely different.
