Review: Vibhati Resort By Dream Villas, Lonavala I stayed at Vibhati Resort By Dream Villas in Lonavala over a weekend -- checked in on Saturday and checked out on Sunday. The overall experience was a mix of good hospitality and a few areas that could use improvement. Location & Accessibility: The resort is located quite a distance from the main highway, tucked away in a more interior part of Lonavala. The roads leading to the property are narrow, and there are some rough patches along the way. However, Google Maps or your vehicle's GPS does a decent job of guiding you correctly, so navigation isn't a major issue. Important Tip: There are no wine shops nearby, so if you plan to have drinks during your stay, make sure you stock up in advance. The hotel staff can arrange for Drinks at a little extra cost. Be aware: There is a police check post on the way to the resort. They stop travelers and check for alcohol and other substances. If you're carrying anything -- whether it's drinks or "personal items" -- it's best to be cautious and discreet. Staff & Service: The resort staff, including the reception, were polite, responsive, and very helpful. They speak Hindi and Marathi fluently, and some team members can converse in English too, which is a plus. Room service was also prompt and efficient. Rooms: The rooms were airconditioned,spacious and clean, perfect for 2-3 people. Has a TV and Mini Fridge. The bathrooms were well-maintained with hot running water, and basic toiletries were provided and of good quality. Disappointments: * Food Quality: We ordered Chicken Biryani and Triple Schezwan Fried Rice. Unfortunately, the biryani was overly Dry with a lot of masala, and the chicken was undercooked. The Triple Rice was served without gravy, and by the time we noticed, the kitchen had already closed. Omlette was great and Bhjiyas too, was served with Green chutney. In starters we called chicken chilly which was not that great. If you want to order for Tandoor items do it at 8:30, they dont take Tandoor orders after 9:30 (did you say "WHATT!!!" Yes I know, i also had the same reaction to this response) * Early Kitchen Closure: The kitchen closes at 10:30 PM, which felt a bit too early, especially for guests who check in late or prefer a late dinner. A last order timing of at least midnight would be more ideal. * Swimming Pool: The common swimming pool was quite small, and the water smelled heavily of chlorine. It also didn't look properly cleaned, so we decided to skip using it altogether. Highlight of the Stay: The sunset view was absolutely stunning with a breathtaking views of Pawna Lake-- easily the best part of the experience. For the breathtaking view alone, this location gets a 10/10. Final Verdict: Vibhati Resort is a great weekend getaway if you're looking for a peaceful stay with good service and scenic beauty. Just be prepared for some food and facility limitations. With a few improvements, it could be a top-tier choice for Lonavala travelers. Thanks to the team for making our stay comfortable!

We visited in Nov 2024, stayed in cozy wooden cottages with breathtaking views of Pawna Lake. The property features two luxury cottages, three premium cottages, and a 4BHK villa. Interestingly, the luxury cottages, although the most affordable, offer the same stunning views. We were assigned Cottage 1, which also included a private lawn and a balcony. What We Liked: - The meal and breakfast menu is limited, but the quantity and quality were satisfactory. - This location is perfect for enjoying the lake view and scenic beauty, making it great for all occasions with family and friends. - The service was commendable, and the staff was very friendly. Areas for Improvement: - There's a need to fix door locks and gaps in the walls and doors. - Evening snacks should be part of the package. I've uploaded some photos of the night view of the property, dining area, private lawn, meals and breakfast, and some scenic views. Tips: - For those who drink, bring your own liquor. - Traveling by private vehicle, especially a four-wheeler, is recommended.

Location of the property is near to major attractions of lonavala. We opted for a lunch and it was great. care takers were available all the time and ensured smooth check in and check outs. overall stay was pleasant at this place, will surely recommend a visit

Vibhati resort is a beautiful resort nestled in the hills. The wooden cottages are cosy, clean with beautiful scenic view. The staff is friendly and very helpful and efficient. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The property also has a swimming pool. The climb to the rooms is steep even though staircases have been built making it difficult for senior citizens. We stayed in cottage 2 which was cosy and comfortable. Overall the place is great.

It was a very terrible experience at this resort. The staff working there were asking for extra money for anything, including alcohol or any type of drinks, which should have been included or reasonably priced. They charged additional fees unnecessarily. We were given Cottage No. 2, which didn't have any name mentioned and had no lake view, even though it was expected. There were frequent power fluctuations in the cottage, and we couldn't sleep all night due to the noise from the AC. And when we have discussed this problem with them they have replied like power issue was happening with everyone but it was not like that. Please don't go here if you are looking for a peaceful vacation. It was a very bad experience.

Best experience staying in the resort. The view from our cottage gallery was spectacular. 10/10 service. Would definitely visit again

Excellent resort with great hospitality and welcoming Staff. The best part of this resort is view from the beautiful Cottages. all the cottages are with Lake and Sunset view. food was delicious with very good quantity. Whatever they are was hygienic and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. They keep on asking about the feedback within the day and try to make our stay memorable. We will definitely come back.

I recently stayed at vibhati Resort near Lonavala, right in front of the stunning Pawna Lake, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The highlight was the wooden premium cottage with a mesmerizing lake view--absolutely serene and picture-perfect. The property was impeccably maintained, with clean and well-kept facilities that ensured a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. Another highlight was the food--generous portions and delicious flavors that added to the overall experience. Every meal was satisfying. This place is a true gem for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with nature's beauty at its best. I highly recommend Vibhati resort and happily give it 5 out of 5 stars! Looking forward to visiting again!
