Terrible Experience - Rude Staff and Poor Service I recently stayed at this resort, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff spoke to us in a very rude manner, showing no signs of basic hospitality or courtesy. It felt as if we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The service was extremely poor. Simple requests were either ignored or met with disdain. The staff didn't seem interested in helping or ensuring that guests had a comfortable stay. The promises made during booking were not honored, and when we pointed this out, we were met with excuses and indifference. Overall, the management and staff need a serious lesson in customer service. I would not recommend this resort to anyone who values respect, proper service, and a pleasant stay. A truly disappointing experience. I'LL SUGGEST TO GO FOR BETTER RESORTS

WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! I had a highly disappointing experience with this resort. Two of my friends were invited to perform live at the venue, but the lack of proper arrangements ruined the entire event. The resort failed to provide a suitable setup for their performance, making it impossible for them to deliver what was promised. To make matters worse, the staff was exceptionally rude and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior was far from what one would expect at an establishment claiming to host live events or provide quality service. Adding to the frustration, the language used by the staff was unacceptably inappropriate, which only amplified the unpleasantness of the experience. Overall, visiting this resort was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality service or a hospitable environment.

My friend recently had the unfortunate experience of performing at this resort a place that touts itself as being artist-friendly and supportive of creative talent. I had high hopes, as I was excited to showcase my work at an establishment that seemed to value the arts. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. First and foremost, the most concerning issue was the complete lack of professionalism regarding payment. After performing my set, which went well and was well-received by the guests, I was told I would be compensated in accordance with the prior agreement. To my dismay, when it came time for payment, I was given nothing but vague excuses. The management team seemed completely uninterested in addressing the matter, and despite numerous follow-up emails and phone calls, I never received the promised compensation. Not only was the payment issue a significant problem, but the entire handling of the situation was incredibly unprofessional. I was repeatedly brushed off and left in the dark, with no clear answers or resolutions offered. It's incredibly frustrating to put in the hard work and energy to perform, only to be disregarded and ignored once the performance is over. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as an artist. A resort that prides itself on supporting the arts should be committed to honoring its agreements and treating performers with the respect they deserve. Unfortunately, [Resort Name] failed on both fronts. For any artists considering performing here, I would strongly advise caution. They may offer a platform for exposure, but they clearly don't stand behind their promises when it comes to payment or supporting the artists who make their events successful. I won't be returning, and I would not recommend this venue to other artists who value their time, effort, and talent.

We had booked 8 rooms. Almost all rooms have bathrooms with windows broken. Behins is jungl. Very unsafe. Anything can enter the bathrooms. We found multiple big lizards romaing around in bathroom. Pool is good and big. Rooms have good ac. But rooms are not maintained. Its not safe.

Very bad service. No water supply in bathrooms. Electricity always fluctuating . Ac not working. Washrooms not cleans. Water in the pool is the dirtiest of all , it has caught algae and the colour is horrible green. I was damn scared to enter in the pool by looking at the color of water. They did not even clean the pool. Food was ok ok.

Rude staff we planed trip at Sp resort panvel. Also we paid advance amount 5k staff name is Vanita, Prakash, K kumar. After getting advance payment they block our number . Don't go for the resort also do not make any type of advance payment. They will forse to pay advance amount .
