Good location, average facilities and Strict rules. They don't understand that hospitality business require a little adjustments to serve guests. Had requested them to serve prepaid breakfast instead of next day to the day of arrival at hotel, But as per their rules you can't have it adjusted.

Test is good. Kalm atmosphere. But they are not providing cabbage curd salads now.

Worst experience ever..we booked a banquet hall for a small.function the food was not so good the starter was stale and smelled a bit..also the people serving was not doing there job properly..just looking at us and no help...also the manager is bit rude ..DONT GO HERE

Being a business trip the hotel was to our choice of place (near our exhibition venue). Rooms were spacious and clean. Every thing was in order. Great in dining restaurant at the lobby level. Had amazing Chinese food for lunch and a great veg biryani for dinner. Very good cook. Good potions too.

Stayed for 4 nights but my overall experience was very bad. Being a 3 star hotel didn't found that standard of service from the staff. It was a business travel. Cons: 1. Staff attitude is over and above. Felt like we should be thankful to them to stay in their hotel instead of them. 2. Asked for extra towel didn't gave. 3. Asked for medical help didn't provided. 4. Asked for cutlery like dish and bowl, didn't provided. Staff says that we can bring outside food but we can't take the hotel's cutlery. 5. Receptionist again and again asking for check out. Felt like he wants me to vacant the hotel ASAP. 5. So much of inhumanity and rules instead of servicing the customers. With such an attitude, people like me will never come back again here. Pros: Room was good and spacious.

Rooms are big, but requires some fresh interior as the hotel being an old 3 star hotel. Beds are comfortable and tidy. Clean washroom. Breakfast is typically late. If you are a business traveller this might be a turn down. But is good with location as many companies are near by. Also can call customers at the restrobar for networking.

Amazing place. This has been our goto spot of me and my school friends since forever. Their food is good and reasonably priced. Ambience is great as well.

Good place. Rooms were clean and airy. Room was well light by natural daylight. Hospitality was great and the staffs were very nice. I had an evening flight and they even asked me to stay in my room for 3 more hours even after checkout till I was ready to leave. Wi-Fi was also good. They had individual Wi-Fi router inside the room hence speed was around 40Mbps-50Mbps
