Had an amazing stay at this hotel! It truly gave me and my family a very homely feeling. The food was absolutely delicious freshly made, hot, and full of flavor. The staff was helpful. The location is also great, adding to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and pleasant stay!

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Have all amenities like TV and AC. Room service is very good and food is also good. Good for staying near hinjewadi. The Mumbai bangalore highway is near this place. Very comfortable stay.

Pros: We were provided with a 2BHK flat for 4 members that was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast offered was simple yet fulfilling. Overall, it was a decent stay for a night. There is a food court near to this hotel (walkable distance), you'll find many varieties with affortable price. Cons: The beds were a bit firm, so if you're expecting to be softer, more comfortable beds, you might find them slightly uncomfortable. Overall: A good experience overall, with just a minor inconvenience.

I rate the property with one star because the breakfast was good . We had complimentary breakfast. Although it was just one item it was tasty and decent . 1. We booked a 2 bhk room and one of the room has no door at all 2. House is not at all maintained . Torn blankets , windows cannot be latched , broken screen rods , kitchen slab is inside one of the bedroom , bathrooms are dirty , mugs and bucket broken , I had a terrible experience 3 . When we booked they said house has washing machine but later we realised it's common washing machine for entire apartment and the machine is outdated. Takes one plus hour to wash 4. Bathroom door latches are also very loose 5. Initially they said two breakfast items would be served but it was only one 6. They say kitchen is there but no gas stove , no basic utensils nothing . 7 . I badly feel like taking pic of each and everything and posting over here . 8. Fridge is in terrible condition.anytime it can fall on us 9. Curtain cannot be closed completely and they have used hair clips to close Only good thing is location nothing else . We paid so much and had a terrible experience

Average room . Cleanliness should be taken care of more frequently. The lift of the apartment gives sudden jerks so be careful not for the faint hearted. The crockery provided by the owner is in the worst condition so don't use it. Giving average rating only for the location.

Mr Ranjan is very cooperative and excellent in hospitality. Food accommodation and cleanliness is appreciated. Emergency services are available in midnight also. Responding to our communication promptly. Overall Homely stay. With nice food and RO water facility. Washing machine is also free of cost. Lift is also in working condition. Overall excellent in reasonable rates.

Stay was good except for a few small things. The blanket smelled bad. The curtains they had did not block enough sunlight and the bed was not a double size bed for couples instead it was two single beds aligned together that got split from the middle. If you can ignore these few problems then it's a affordable and nice place overall.

Horrendous. Around 12:30 AM, a random man walked into our room because he was given the wrong keys. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and by morning, the geyser had stopped working too. The fan made a terrible noise while running, and the fridge was in a disgusting, stinking condition. None of the locks were functional from the washroom to the cupboards. We had to change rooms three times, and every single room had issues. There were three of us girls, and while we weren't expecting luxury since it was a service apartment, basic hygiene was still expected. Unfortunately, that wasn't even met. The next morning, we contacted MakeMyTrip to request a refund for our advanced booking, but the reception said the owner was unreachable. We packed our bags and headed to the office, only to get a call at 10:30 AM, informing us that we either had to check out by 11 AM or pay for the day. We asked the owner if the staff could take our packed bags out since we were already at work, but he refused and suggested we take responsibility if anything went missing. Staying here or interacting with the owner himself was nothing short of a nightmare.
