Little Mastiff Chinchwad by OTHPL

We stayed at this hotel with our family and extended family for a cousin's wedding, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The food quality was subpar, and the location was not ideal. During the wedding, our photographer was capturing couple portraits when the hotel owner, Mr. Mohite, behaved unprofessionally. He rudely asked the photographers to rearrange some misplaced chairs--something they would have gladly done if requested politely. His demeanor was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming, which is quite unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Thankfully, the hotel manager intervened and apologized, mentioning that the owner is new to the industry. However, hospitality is all about warmth and professionalism, and such behavior does not reflect that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay.

I had an event to attend here , this hotel is attached to the bird valleu restaurant, which offers great food. Rooms were very small , but were well.laid out . super clean . So if we are staying for a longer duration it can be claustrophobic

The stay was nice. Room was neat and clean. All the amenities were good. Breakfast was also great. Thanks to the team for making our stay comfortable. This is my second experience with this hotel. And I have experience with other nearby hotels as well, in this area, this is the best place to stay.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food. Overall a great value for money if you are travelling for business and looking for a hotel in Chinchwad area. You can order delicious and hygienic food from the Bird Valley restaurant situated at ground floor. Special mention for Kritesh from front desk he's very supportive and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Neat and clean hotel good restaurant variety of tasty dishes well laid clean,tidy rooms excellent staff conveniently located over all a must stay place

This is one of third grade hospitality I ever experienced in hotel industry, no friendly staffs, I had to struggle to have dinner in this hotel. Though stay was for 12 days but had to check out within 4 days. Manager also do not understand the ask of guest, can't think of recommending for this hotel

I am visiting Pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, Little Mastiff is one of them. rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, Mr. Prasad, Kritesh Saee & Padma from front desk, Mr. Hemchandra Kandpal from Restaurent are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional Mr. Raju Warse & Mr. Amol. At last I want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Overall my experience of staying in hotel was superb. I will give it 5 out 5. Ashok Jugran Dehradun (Uttarakhand)
