I am currently staying at your property and would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the extremely uncomfortable conditions I've been facing. Firstly, the initial room assigned to me had loud music coming from a pub located at the back of the hotel. I requested a change to a quieter room, and while the staff acknowledged that this is a known issue, I was told no action can be taken against the pub due to fear of conflict with the owner. This is extremely disappointing, as it directly impacts guests' ability to rest. The second room I was provided is only marginally better in terms of noise. However, it has a severe issue with water dripping from the AC unit, which is both annoying and unhygienic. Despite raising the matter, I was asked to "adjust"--something I find unreasonable, especially given that proper sleep and comfort are the most basic expectations from a hotel stay. I am still struggling to get a good night's sleep and resolve this issue, and I request immediate intervention to: Either provide a comfortable room without these issues, Or offer a partial refund/compensation for this unacceptable experience. I hope this matter will be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to a quick resolution.

1. The location of the hotel is a little bit confusing, inside the main lane 2. The staff was super helpful 3. The room was compact but very comfortable for a small family - 3 members 4. Facilities in the room - locker, tv, ac, reading table, phone, etc 5. We had breakfast included. Breakfast was good and had multiple healthy options. 6. You can order food inside your room as well, multiple veg and non veg options

Look for better options but not this! They do not have sound proofing so if you are booking for weekends, be ready for a sleepless night with loud music penetrating your ears. Rooms have dampness and smell becz of that, there are some leaks. Staff is little good but not the restaurant staff. Avoid if you've budget.

The ambience of the place is pleasant; however, the rooms require significant maintenance. There was a noticeable smoke smell in the room, some of the furniture was broken, and the fridge took a long time to cool. Additionally, the curtains were damaged, which added to the issues. With proper upkeep, this could be a much better experience.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend your establishment to anyone. The services were unacceptably poor, and the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, the overall management of the hotel appeared to be severely lacking.

Breakfast is not worth the price. This hotel can work as a stop-over. Rooms are decent. Hotel can charge more if they renovate or improve breakfast. Service/Staff are okay.

Furniture is broken. The main door locks were not smooth and needed replacement. Service is very late. After ordering food I had to wait for more than 50 mins. Worst thing is that the cleaning staff tried to open my bag which had a 3 digit pin which they were not able to open but in their activities they spoiled my lock. Upon coming back from work I was not able to open my bag. Just imagine that all my clothes were inside my bag and I was not able to open it. I had to go to Wakad to the American Tourister Showroom to get the lock removed. When I asked the reception desk for complaint register they did not have the complaint register which was a.mandatory thing that every hotel should have. I took the number of manager from the reception and made a complaint to him. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE STAYED TILL NOW. I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL AND AVOID COMING TO THIS HOTEL.
