Zero stars Pathetic hotel Total waste of money. Check in time was 12, we arrived at 3.30 PM however we have been told to come after 1 hr as rooms were not cleaned. When we entered the room, 1 person was drinking alcohol inside the room. Very embarrassing situation. 7 rooms were booked for family function by our close relative feom 5-7 May however the rooms were having following issues - lizards in one room - AC was leaking in one room - Room was not opening from inside, lock was malfunctioned. -AC remotes were not working - TV was there but no remote - Extra bed was provided after 10 reminders - They switched off room landlines in night - No hot cattle, no tea in the room - Mr. Siddhu (hotel attendent) has committed that morning tea will be available after 6 AM however morning person told that tea will be available after 9.30 AM as there is no milk. - reception area was full of mosquitos when we checked in - hot water was provided after numerous reminders - In most of the rooms, small mirror is in the bathroom, no mirror inside the room. Overall is was pathetic stay. Not at all recommended.

1) Rooms were clean and comfortable but there was water leakage in AC .....also there was no mug in bathroom and the toilet lid used to fall on back everytime we sit on it 2) We were not given with the exact key of room everytime we used to call the person to open the door which made us wait out for a lot much time . 3) Service was very poor for the price we paid . 4) Overall the experience was worst .
