I recently had the opportunity to give a lecture on ENT allergies at the Grand Exotica Business Hotel, and I was quite impressed with the venue. The reception area is welcoming and spacious, providing a pleasant first impression. The common dining space on the ground floor is ample, making it convenient for large gatherings. Parking is plentiful, which is always a plus. The catering services were prompt, and the food was decent, with a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The hall itself was well-equipped with comfortable seating, good tables, an efficient audio system, and a quality projector for presentations. Moreover, the hotel offers accommodation, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend the Grand Exotica Business Hotel for both events and stays.

After a long time I visited this place. From previous experience my impression wasn't that good but this time, wow! They made good changes. Cat park assistance was excellent. The reception was tidy and impressive. The food was superb. Keep it up, keep it grand!

My over all experience was great and housekeeping and staff was to helpful and the breakfast was also nice especially mahesh, rufi and shubham kumar they where to co operative and the location is also to comfortable to reach several places like public Transport and malls places to visit like mandirs food court

Rooms are good, Food is ok. But need to improve maintenance at every point including reception. Eg. The key card provided to me was worn out and chipped off, I highlighted it to receptionist and even told that this would reflect the image of Hotel, he replied, no issue sir, the card will work.

The hotel is recommended for the value it offers. The food quality and taste is very good, however the restaurant takes very long to deliver food to the room. The room is good in amenities but the furniture fabric seems dirty or old. The views from the room is very nice. The staff are also helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I had a highly unprofessional experience with this hotel. Despite booking, there was no guarantee upon arrival. The staff informed me that my reservation was unavailable. This lack of reliability is unacceptable, causing significant inconvenience. I strongly advise against booking with them, as it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. My experience was disappointing, and I hope others are spared such inconvenience.
