My best experiance.. Nice place for stay. Lovely staff and comfortable rooms

1:Worst policy -Need to pay the full amount for long stay in the check - in day itself. 2:Poor hospitality & service. 3: Bathroom is not hygienic as well as has foul smell with poor ventilation.

Poor hospitality, rude staff. They will say check-in time at 12pm but there will be no guarantee the room will be available up to 4pm. There are no responsible staff available here.

Very bad experience during cheak in Almost i wait 2 hours for cheak in and first they are refusing me for giving a room, I called 2 times at call center and then they are allow me for stay, approx they gave me room at 1.30 pm. Very rude behaviour of hotel administration.

Not well maintained for the price.. Foul smell coming from the mattress and blanket... Bad smell coming from the bathroom too.. Overall hygiene is not well maintained.. Not recommended for family..

We are staying at this hotel on 18-10-2024. The entire room smells of cigarette smoke, and it is not clean, making it uncomfortable for a family stay.
